I used to be a long time shopper of the Mason Jar and used to love it. Unfortunately, I feel like their quality has gone downhill. One thing will be pictured on their website that you think you’re buying… but something of way lesser quality will arrive in the mail. Like the bootleg version. It feels like false advertising. Or they’ll sell items with listed ship dates… and that item doesn’t come during that time. I bought something March 3… I’m now going into week 9 of not receiving it with no communication from them either. I’m giving up on the cheap fashion trend and just buying things of quality from now on. It’s a bummer because I’ve spent a lot of money here but it’s just gone downhill.

I went there to look for an item that was listed as in store and was NOT was told I could pay for it and have it delivered, try it on, but if it doesn't fit, I can return BUT ONLY FOR STORE CREDIT... isn't that the WHOLE REASON FOR GOING TO THE STORE TO TRY IT ON.? Why was the website telling me that it was there? I was told that they don't carry any of the brand in store.

My favorite local boutique. Friendly staff. Love their clothes and home decor. More variety of clothing online. If you return online items in the store, it goes to an online credit, and you can't use that credit towards items in the store. I keep asking when I go in, in hopes that this will change someday :) .

Purchased a few things on a visit to Sioux Falls. Tessa assisted me and made wonderful suggestions and my experience was wonderful. Keep up the great service and knowing your merchandise. Was highly impressed.
