Paid $4000 for brand new furniture and we are still waiting since July to have it actually function properly. A service technician had to rig up a temporary fix so that we could even use the sofa without it tipping forward and now the temporary fix is no longer working and the sofa is scratching our wood floor. I have taken it up on myself to email the company that makes the sofa so I can get a picture of the bottom of a working sofa since no one else has done this. As of right now I would not recommend buying furniture from them, if they can get this fixed I will review them differently but for now I wouldn't purchase a lamp with a 100% rebate and free delivery from them. Also might have been a little bit better if the delivery people didn't run out before we could make sure it works but what do I know I'm just a field service technician that does this everyday.

Best place to buy furniture. I have gotten my furniture here twice now and both times the pieces are amazing and the staff is just great. They are super helpful and so tentative. This is always going to be the place I go to if I need anything for my home

Just left Furniture Mart. I was expecting to go in and have someone ask what we needed because I had questions on types of leather for sofas. The older black gentleman working didn't ask what I needed, he threatened to kick us out because we didn't look 18 years old. We ARE borderline 30 years old , thank you for your NOT so great customer service! 0 stsrs

As a furniture connoisseur, I was wholly impressed by Will. He was very informative, helpful and had a glowing personality. Will didn’t try to pressure me into making a sale, and I felt like he truly cared about my furniture needs and desires. If I could give William 10/10 stars I would. I highly recommend him as a furniture salesperson.

South Dakota furniture Mart has always done a great job of helping us find a good deal on furniture and helping us navigate the process of buying furniture. One great example of this is last year we bought a new couch and when it came time to be delivered, the sales associate had warned us that certain companies that they contract with for delivery weren't always good at admitting they could get things down the stairs and gave up quickly. Because I knew this, I was prepared for this to be the case when our furniture was delivered. The first delivers refused to deliver it because they said it wouldn't fit, but we had measured a knew that wasn't the case. We went back to the store and talked to the sales associate who he had dealt with and they immediately got on the phone and got the local contracted company to deliver the furniture for us and got it done with ease and had no problems at all. Highly recommend this company as they are always there for the customer and doing what they can to meet your needs and make sure you are satisfied with the furniture that you purchase.

Recently purchased a purple mattress with accessories and the buying experience couldn't have been better! Shawn the sales rep I worked with was definitely knowledgeable and very helpful without being pushy. Not once did I feel rushed into anything. He was also kind enough to include discounts I wasn't aware of! One of the items I ordered was out of stock..... Then a blizzard.... Our only truck being stuck in the shop... So I called the Furniture Mart to see if it was possible to get shipping dimensions to see if pick-up would be possible with a Suburban and they couldn't help unfortunately. However trusty sales rep Shawn had been kind enough to include his contact info incase of any questions. So I called! And even though he wasn't at work he not only took my call but right when he got into work he went to our order and measured it to make sure it would fit in our vehicle. WOW above and beyond! Customer service isn't what it use to be, but this experience gives me hope. So grateful to deal with such a good person! Would definitely recommend ??

Both my brand new recliners were dragged off the back of the truck while at my house for delivery. The back of the truck was full of muddy snow. Then one delivery guy told me to “just wipe it off with a rag” as the muddy snow dripped all over the floor. Then he proceeded to stand on my brand new cream colored rug with his muddy boots. When I filed a complaint they said they can’t take their shoes off because they need traction. I asked if They will be cleaning my floors and rug & of course I was met with a response of No. I wouldn’t recommend, buy from a place that uses common sense & respects your home especially when you PAY for them to deliver your furniture.

Ordered a table, six chairs, and 3 bar stools on 11/22/2022. One of the chairs has a defect where the bottom of the leg fell off. (I think composite wood that had air bubble in it). Took pictures and brought in to store they told us customer service would be in contact. Customer service did call and said to send pictures, we did were told they would review and let us know options. they said they would order parts and fix. This is a defective chair so I think they should replace. It's been a couple of weeks now and still waiting.UPDATE: sent email as requested. Still waiting.....UPDATE #2: They did let me exchange chair with a new one.... returned broken chair, and they gave me pieces to put new one together. changed review to 2 stars because sales people and warehouse people were nice.

Joel in mattresses is the best. A well balanced, knowledgeable salesman that's not all sales and actually feels you out and gives you room to breathe and try beds for a change. The store has fast shipping and competitive prices.

Great salesman named Wayne, terrible customer service. Lots of back and forth contacting the delivery/customer service department- delivery itself was quick and excellent, and we love what we purchased!However, would not recommend purchasing again if I ever have to get in touch with customer service, felt put down and inconvenient.

Came in today without a clear plan in mind if what we were looking for and found almost the exact item we had been dreaming of. There were so many options we didn't realize we're out there and it was a great idea to come out and just look. Now that we have a better idea of what's out there, we now have a better idea of what we want. We will be back to set up our future entertainment area.
