Had previously been in and even though it had been a week, Todd immediately greeted us AND even remembered our names. We had lots of questions about the furniture we had previously been eyeing and he was able to answer all of them quickly which helped us make a decision. We our very happy with our purchases and will definitely come back.

Bob at the Sioux City location was a fantastic relaxed salesman that secured our business by not being pushy and being there for us. You could tell that he wasn't in it for just a commission and truly wanted to help us find the right piece of furniture so we will always go back to Bob.

We recently just bought a bedroom set with furniture mart. We had bought the bed frame, two nightstands, dresser and mirror. The dresser came damaged the first time, with wood splintered off that didn’t allow the drawer to properly close. Then we had to wait over a week for the new dresser to arrive. The 2nd dresser arrived and looked good on the outside, but once we opened the drawers the hardware attaching the drawers was holding on by a thread. Disappointed is an understatement. We worked with Wayne, and while we were shopping, he was great. But when it came to the customer service aspect afterwards, we could not get a hold of him. He was always “with other customers” or “off that day”. When it came to trying to arrange a 3rd dresser to be delivered, the customer service lady was so rude and short. I spoke with Casey and Wesley at furniture mart, and kept getting passed around with no problem solved. Casey claimed he would call me back, and I never heard from him. And only heard from a lady who cared about getting a delivery set up. Safe to say the customer service needs some improvement. Can say we will not be shopping here again.

Josh D was really helping, caring, and considerate in helping us find the perfect couch. He is very knowledgeable able the show room. It was easy for him to show us couch that would be best for us after we described our needs. 10/10 recommend having Josh D help you!!

Staff is super helpful, I ended up talking with a lady named Kathy McQuade, showed her some pictures of my place, and the direction I wanted to go with the space. She showed me a few great items and I was able to get set up perfectly! Definitely will be going back for any future needs!
