I'm impressed with the excellent customer service I received at The Cell Phone Guy aka Rundaq! They we're able to find the right cell phone case for my Moto phone! I was unable to find any protective cases for it online or at Walmart. They also hooked me up with protective screens for both of my phones! The guys are all very kind and helpful! I definitely will recommend this store to my friends! Thank you Cell phone guy!

I paid my deposit and left and realized I confused this place with a different place. I called within 25 minutes of swiping my card and they wouldn't refund my money. They acted like they were the ones corresponding with me over the weekend. Even took my phone and read through the text messages. Why wouldn't they of said I'm sorry you got the wrong place?Definitely wouldn't trust these guy's with a box of rocks.

Those guys are criminals. They always pretend like they can do any job on phones. When you trust them and they mess it up, they will refuse to refund your money and insult you. They are rude and lack customer service ideas. I bought a phone from them after they told me it was unlocked. When i found out it was not, They said they had nothing to do with it and when i insisted on getting my money, they refused and insulted me. At another time they said they could process my AT&T bill and i paid them only to find out that it did not go through. They refused to refund my money and label me a hard headed man because he said i was insisting on getting refund which was impossible.

My experience has been terrible, it was cheaper to buy a brand new iPhone than buying a used iPhone from “The Cell Phone Guy”. I bought a used phone and it immediately had an overheating problem, flashlight not turning on and back glass crack within a month of purchasing. Eventually the screen never came back on. This is the quality of phones the company sells and expects you to come back to repair the used iPhone. The best part was I bought the warranty and the damages were not cover by warranty and had to pay $600.

Sold us a broken iPhone 12 that was way overpriced. Then had to go back, drive an hour and a half, just for him to tell us that we should have checked to see if it worked before we left the store and that we should be responsible to fix it. Then will not return our old phone and also did not give us a cent back of our money. He then proceeded to tell us that it wasn’t even a lot of money that he took from us, I mean clearly it’s a lot if you won’t give us our phone or money back bud. Guy is an absolute con artist. DO NOT go here ever. Wasted hours out of the day.

I’m grandfathered into my Cell Phone Contract with my Cellular Provider. Pretty nice deal. Only 77.00 a month. “I always buy my phones retail don’t pay for Apple Care because I have Cellphone Insurance Via my Personal Credit Card. However, my most prized possession aka my Cell Phone 10Xs Max Plus, 128 Gigs. Obviously, the Gold One. My phone was having troubles charging I thought it was the battery. It died on me and it would no longer turn on. After, calling in advance I was able to confirm I could drop off my phone right at Store Open. Since my phone is my life, it NEEDS to be fixed, yesterday. The tech who took care of me was not able to bring it back to life anymore. I was fortunate enough to interact with the Manager who was able to trouble shoot it and found it was short circuiting. My phone was super slow and kept restarting. They gave me a loaner phone while they tried some more. The next day I was able to buy a working phone and ended up upgrading. I now have a iPhone 13 Pro Max. When I went to pick it up they also threw in a charger, a screen protector, a case of my liking AND a neat Pop Socket. Weeks later after I recovered from losing my baby, aka iPhone 10, I followed up to get documents and file an insurance claim. Blown Away CPG! Nice work!

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience!!!!! Paid $350 and got my phone back thinking it was fixed just to find out they broke an entirely unrelated part but refused to take any ownership. All they could offer was me paying hundreds more to fix that too! I went to pick it up one day 10 minutes before they closed and the doors were already locked and no one would answer. So I went back another day when I was available and they told me they recycled my phone because didn't pick it up in time!!!!! So not only did I pay them $350 but I also didn't even get my phone back!!! Terrible way to run a business!

Never go to this guy because he sells overpriced broken phones and expects us to fix it because we were supposed to see if it was broken before we left the store. He would not give us our old phone back and did not give us even a cent back. A waste of time and money. This business needs to be shut down. This is not how businesses work and people should not have their money stolen by some con artist.

?This is my first time writing a review but I thought necessary as I had come across Tyler the owner of the cell phone guy on Facebook who had posted a thing saying watch out for scammers✨️A few days later my son dropped his PS5 so I thought it would be a good place to trust as not many places fixed them in town and I was grateful to be able to find Somebody who would?BUT THEY SCAMMED ME!!!!Tyler the owner also owns Laurel Ridge BarnThis is why he's so busy and doesn't have time to pay attention to his business *the cell phone guy*this is what I've heard from the employees..When I brought it in I had to pay $70 for them to look at it and then they told me that they would contact me and let me know the repairs and costA few days later a nice man called me and told me that it would need a new fan that they'd have to order it for 120$ and around $70 worth a labor and then I wouldn't be set and good to goI was thankful told him okay great appreciate your knowledge to fix it for my sonFew days later go to pick it up he gave me a total of $325 that's with tax give or takeHe handed me a receipt that was written in permanent marker $300 and circledI asked him why the price was SO high I was told a $120 on the phone I already paid $70 and then there was gonna be labor around $70There were 3 employees there including a manager they all tried to help but everybody said that was Tyler the owner who wrote that and he does it often everybody seemed flustered and like it something that happens often there was nothing on the computer for then to see why and no one knew whyI would've been willing to pay the 300 that day but there was not an itemized list of what the repairs were and this felt very icky to me it should be pretty normal as a normal business when you do repairs to have an itemized list for your your customer to see what their payingThe employee agreed but said that Tyler does this all the time and he was confused too becauseI told them no other phone calls were made to me about any other repairsAnd I already waited a while before the repair and then they told me that i'd have to wait because Tyler the owner was unavailableWhen Tyler the owner finally did call me he had all these excuses and I guess an apology but not a friendly at allHe said how 1 employee had started the work then didn't write down the repairs or communicate to the other employees there was really actually 3 functions that were repaired that need to be repaired but no phone calls were sent to me like the originally had promisedWhen I went in to pick up my son's PS5 I was super grateful it was fixed and that they had the knowledge to do so but wow Tyler the owner was unbelievably rude he didn't have any compassion obviously he's a human but he has no clue how to use that heart!!!!Yet post about scammers on FB??When I asked for a discount he thought I was ridiculousI wasn't the one that was miscommunicating and not handling my employees correctly the way that it should have been done in the way that I told it was gonna be doneTyler thought it was weird that I even asked for an Itemized list and Tyler said that most customers just wanna have the product fixed quickly in and outI told him that I just wanted to have done what I was told when I brought my PS5 in that you would call me about the repairs they did not follow through on their endAlso Tyler claims he gave me a discount before I even came in but how would I even know he had 300 a permanent marker circle so he could have said anythingWhy don't they put anything into their computers? this is pretty normal every other repair shop I've gone to that way if somebody's not around they can look in the computer to tell the customerBut again all this is seemed way to ridiculous to Tyler and all of it fell on me the customer instead of him realizing that sometimes employees and businesses can make mistakes too and it shouldn't always land on the customer thank you for your time appreciate you for reading this have a wonderfu

The Cell Phone Guy is a place to go to get your phone repaired. They were awesome with me. They had the patience to deal with what I had to deal with and they were awesome with it. I never had this much appreciation. The worked with me to fix a phone and get me set up with other options. They are definitely the best in town and I 110% recommend them.

When we went to get my ps5 fixed here there charged me 70 doller fee then there call me and said it would cost 120 in total to fix my ps5 fan then I go back the next day and they charged me 350 dollars because they not only fixed the fan but they repaired the software. Even though we did not asked them to and the ps5 would wrok fine

Gave us an estimate to repair x box, they sent it off and came back with nearly double the expenses. I mean, why give an estimate when you can’t even give a close estimate. Brought it home and still didn’t work. They said “$75 charge just to look at it” . And imagine this… when we asked if they’d buy it as is, they only offered $30. It’s like they KNEW it wasn’t fixed. Find someone else.

Horrible experience all around! The guy who took our phone in had promised us our phone would be "good as new", "cheaper than buying new", and "we could make payments". When we brought up payments to one of the other salesman, he said "they don't do payments and they don't encourage them for high interest reasons." They charge a hundred for diagnostic, which he said part of it would go toward our bill. He also said it would be around $200. Altogether we paid over $500 and the phone's charging port didn't work. Now they want to charge another $130 to fix the port and that's discounted from $190. This place is a scam.

CONSUMER SCAM ALERT:This store has phones so overpriced it’s purposely done to take advantage of people who don’t know any better. I will give two specific examples high and low sides. They are selling a phone for $699, you can buy this phone rite now for $148, that’s $551 over price, another phone of theirs is $300 you can buy this phone rite now for $80. You don’t accidentally over price a used phone by $551. Every one of their phones are a minimum of $150 over priced and that’s being nice. DO NOT BUY A PHONE HERE you will find the phone you want $200 to $600 cheaper ANY where else and the worst part is most of these phone are no longer supported, some don’t even work now and will be a brick in a year or two. If the owner would care to respond maybe we can hash out why you are taking advantage of people selling junk phones so over priced, that’s a scummy thing to do, that’s down rite disgusting and if any one is looking for a phone they can post here and I’ll tell them where to buy it for a decent price.
