The service was beyond excellent! In looking for a new phone, they were patient and explained everything. As a member of a pre-cell phone generation, this was extremely helpful. They worked switching everything over to the new phone, so when I left I knew what I was doing.

I was extremely happy with their way of doing business. They did not try to talk me into buying anything. They were very nice and explained things in terminology I could understand. I will return to them for anything I need.

I desperately needed a new phone and these guys were so helpful! I came in a little late but they decided to stay after hours just to finish setting up my phone for me! Definitely would recommend!

I bought a boost mobile phone kit from them that ended up being locked out of boost mobile. After I explained what happened, they replaced it with a similarly priced phone without any fuss. Really good people to do business with.

Well I went in there to have them fix my phone so it would receive iPhone messages I wasn't thrilled about the $75 but the next day after I went there it started working so I'm thinking the phone guy for fixing myself on thank you man.

Don’t go to this place, they didn’t repair my son cellphone and paid $150 and also they tried to sell me a used and cracked apple charger, luckily I spotted right away . Not recommendable to any of my friends. Telling them not to come to this store.

I would not recommend using this business. We came in with my son's brocken phone that had a cracked screen.
He told my son - quote "I will fix your baby!" but in the end all he did was charge us $403 and leave us with a unusuable phone.
He replaced the screen for $403. The screen worked for 2 days, replaced it again, it lasted a week, replaced again, and it lasted another week.
We asked to have 1/2 our money back since he didnt "fix" the phone which I think is a fair comprimise. He will not give us any money back and says it is the mother board.
Make sure you do not pay up front and say you want him to diagnose and fix the phone! - Not just replace the screen. He is the supposed expert and should not rely on the costumer to know what is wrong with the phone when you bring it in.
Also, he did not disclose until after the fact that replacing the screen makes the phone no longer water proof. He implied that the tiny bit of spray used to install the screen protector could have caused the screen to go bad.
I said "We will see you in court" and he said that's OK - I was just there a week ago. That should tell you what kind of business he runs.
It's bad enough he takes screws adults but in this case he screwed a 15 year old kid!
I would just stay away.

Bought a phone. Went home to set the phone up. Phone was reported stolen. Refund wasn’t issued. Would have been nice to know refunds weren’t given!!!!!!! Wouldn’t have shopped here!!!!!!!

Very poor experience with this place. I brought a device in to be unlocked. was told it would be finished by the next day for $70. ended up being 6 days and $150. There are better options in town for this type of work.

These guys suck. Don’t let them snake you for telling you your phone isn’t worth anything when they’re selling it for triple the price. Tried to sell them my iPhone 13 for at least $300 he said $30. They’re selling them $999 Walked right out. Didn’t even try to work with me.
