This store does not service their own products, you have to contact the manufacturer of the chair to get it fixed, which isn't currently happening because of COVID, our chair was damaged upon delivery, by the deliverer, and is yet to be fixed. I was also at the mall the other day and saw the sales guys just sitting in the chairs not doing much, also frustrating. It has been about a year now... Tik tok. We have tried having someone sent out, to which they tried to have us fix it ourselves which did not work. So frustrating as these chairs are very expensive.

This store is run by the nicest couple in the city. They are very down to earth and very genuine about helping you find the perfect product. I love the selection of massage chairs at this store. What a fantastic store. If you are in the market for a massage chair, this is a must stop. They have the largest selection of the best brands of luxury massage chairs anywhere and very competitive prices. The staff is very pleasant and knowledgeable and more than happy to help you make an informed decision. I fell in love with Panasonic...they had a great promo that got me a free mattress with my purchase.

The store has just been updated, and has even more massage chairs, recliners, and sleep solutions to choose from. The "Massage Chair Guy" really knows how to help you find the best chair to reduce stress. Allow at least an hour when you visit so you can try more than one.
