If you have to literally push your vehicle down the road, I would suggest you go anywhere else. From price increases to poor repairs just to find out they gave me junk parts, going there was an absolute nightmare! They gave me a price then after making my truck "undrivable" they told me it would be an additional $2500 if I wanted to get my truck on the road. They neglected to mention they were charging me new part prices for a junk yard part that has come with its own set of problems.When I told them the price was too highway they said they would give me $350 or one of their mechanics would give me $500, and evidently when I refused to sell, they decided to make me pay....literally. After all that, and over $3400. They didn't put the brake pads on correctly and now I have a deep groove in my rotor, which meant i had to replace both rear brake pads again, and now my wheel looks like it's about to fall off when I drive down the road.. and if that wasn't enough, my tools were stolen out of my truck because , being from texas , i had no where to put them and was told they would be safe. Since they have a sign on the window there is nothing i can do about that either. I actually enjoyed south dakota until i had to deal with them , now i don't ever plan on returning.
Considering I was told that my Tools would be safe i trusted you and didnt push the issue. As far as the work done and the cost of your teams "work" on my vehicle...trusting your company was my biggest mistake.

Team was very easy to work with and gave me all the information I needed to make a good decision. They needed my car for a longer time and they gave me a loaner car for free. They made it a very simple and easy experience. Very good company to work with.

Immediate situation diagnosis was ultra complete, but way excessive making it seem too many items needed replaced. All I needed was to drive home safely & did as my vehicle was.
I was only billed for the diagnostic and they did nothing to remedy the problem, expecting for me to find a hotel, transport myself there and return the next day.
Said, NO, I am driving home.
The vehicle was fixed the next day (locally) and did not need all the other (possible) future issues according to their report.
Disappointing experience.

To be honest I hate taking my vehicle anywhere because I feel like because I am a female that a lot of places try to over sell or over price or take advantage of the fact I wouldn't really know the difference or if what they are telling me is correct. The guys at the front counter at Team Automotive 13th Street were so nice and so genuine. I felt 100% comfortable discussing what needed to be done with my vehicle present and ongoing. They were very thorough and answered all my questions in a way that I understood. I did not feel like they were trying to sell me things that I did not need or that were not relevant to my vehicles current need. Probably the best customer service I've experienced in that type of setting. It was very much appreciated. I will be bringing my vehicle back and referring them to anyone in need. Thank you!

Excellent customer service. They were as nice as could be. Had a shuttle car to take me home. Had the repairs done fast and efficiently and my vehicle is running beautifully!! Thank you gentlemen for being so kind and helpful in a stressful situation! I'd give 10 stars if I could.

Dropped off 2 sets of wheels to get 8 dismounts done and 4 mounted and balanced. Didn't have an appointment but they still got them done the same day.

Great Customer Service!
They filled my tire with air and got me in for an oil change in the same day. When changing oil they got it done in a timely fashion. I was surprised how quick they had me out of there!!!

Team Automotive did such a good job! They were patient, very knowledgeable, and kind when I was trying to relay the information they need, as I am clueless about vehicles. They were very thurough with their work, and communicated what was all wrong with my vehicle, when they found issues i knew nothing about. They lent me a vehicle when mine was being repaired, the whole process was painless and was such a weight taken off my shoulders! Will be going back to Team Automative!
