This place is a joke, just got charged $120 to tell me it'd be over 1k to replace my infotainment system. There are class actions in place as it is a known issue that they start acting like they're being controlled by ghost. It's so well known they could have told me without even coming in because Subaru has bulletins out in regard to this matter and there is an huge delay in getting the replacement as so many peoples system are being effected. Overheard another guy getting charged $13 per washer! Are they plated in gold?! Avoid repairs and services here at all costs! Every quote they gave me for other issues were at least double to triple of what you would spend somewhere else. I'd feel better just burning my money. What a scam!

This is THE place to go for all your import services!We own several luxury import vehicles (they will find any make or model you ask for) and two Subarus as well. I have always had such great experiences working with Schulte Subaru. From start to finish they take care of you! I've dealt with the Sales dept., Service dept., and everyone in between and every single person was dedicated to a positive outcome for each customer. Every employee at Schulte Subaru makes you feel welcome, and they are happy to work with you- whatever your need! Might I add, all in a timely fashion! Schulte Subaru is dedicated, honest, dependable, and passionate about all customers and vehicles! Don't waste your time and money going anywhere else.

My mother recently got into a fender bender that required her to get a new vehicle. In this time of Covid good cars are a tough commodity to stay in stock. We decided to get another Subaru and Schulte Subaru had an easy website to navigate and locate the vehicles that fit inter her parameters. John Jones, our sales advisor was easy to speak with and straight forward. Within 24 hrs we landed on our price, payed and they'll drive the car up and drop off for her. Great experience and would definitely recommend Schulte!

I cannot say enough about how amazing I was taken care of at this dealership. I was traveling across the country with my son in a new to us 2006 Subaru when it began overheating when we were stopped on 1-90 due to an accident. I had been driving from Seattle and was headed to Iowa and was tired and totally overwhelmed when this happened. It was late on a Friday and I found a hotel as close to the dealership as I could. The people at Schulte Subaru Service were absolute angels. I called when they opened and Heather in Service immediately calmed me down with her reassurance and her ability to get me in as an emergency service. Brandon took care of EVERYTHING. Communicated with me what they were finding, including pictures, and had me in a loaner car while they solved the problem. Lee , the service tech, diagnosed the problem as a faulty radiator seal, waited while they got the part in and stayed late to check to make sure that the problem was solved and we were safe to get back on the road. Brandon was so helpful getting us back on the road and would take nothing, saying it was their pleasure to be able to help in situations like this and that they were just providing the type of service they want to be known for. It was amazing and when it is time for me to buy my first NEW Subaru, It will be worth the ride to purchase from them. There are kind people in the world who are genuine and love to help others. So thankful for each of them.

Best place i have ever gotten a vehicle. No pressure and Mike made sure we got exactly what we wanted instead of settling and held the one we wanted when it was delivered to to dealership. He even delivered to my house to fit my schedule!

Ran diagnostic test, determined it was still under warranty at the Mercedes-Benz dealership and called, made me an appointment at the dealership and did not charge me anything! We will be back! Amazing customer service and wish I could give them my money!

Absolutely amazing customer service as always. I know with COVID people are so worried to go out and do normal things. Car buying us already tough and these guys made the experience so easy. I was able to test drive and take my time. I was aloud to try a few cars before deciding. My sales man Andrew is absolutely amazing. He remembered who I was right away. He fought for the deal I wanted and I left happy with my new car. If your looking for a new or used car go see these guys!

These guys are so awesome! I was driving my subaru across the mountains, pulling a UHaul trailer, when the transmission light came on. Since we were just getting started on the mountains, we pulled off the interstate and found this dealership. It was a Saturday and the service department was already closed. I called them and the manager called out service person to come in. They checked the car all over and made a few minor adjustments that would improve the transmission performance. They even gave me a courtesy car so we could go get dinner while we waited. They were SO nice and didn't charge a penny!
