We decided to check out this store on a whim and so glad we did! We went to so many furniture stores trying to find the right sofa and love seat and we almost gave up. We even shopped around online with no luck. We came in this store and found just what we were looking for almost immediately. Great quality with a great price, and amazing customer service!!!! I would give them more than 5 stars if possible. They have a great selection! I highly recommend checking them out over any big box store! We will be repeat customers for sure!

We shopped all over looking for a leather set. Small town feel, working with real local people that care about your business. They don't have a huge selection, but they make up for it with stocking the latest styles and a nice assortment or options. And it was delivered within a few days! Huge improvement from waiting several months at the monster size furniture place. Also, huge assortment of rugs and log furniture are available. If you are shopping for leather furniture, check them out.

I stopped in because I have driven by so many times and thought I should go see what they have. I was so impressed with the quality of furniture, rugs and other decor I will be a frequent visitor/shopper. I left with a beautiful rug for my dining room and will be purchasing a leather set. The best part was there was no pushy salesman just a relaxed take your time atmosphere. I would HIGHLY recommend this store…..wait but if I do that you may buy what I want, that’s a real dilemma. Lol

The owners were fantastic to visit with! They gave us time and space to shop their showroom!!! My Girlfriend has been wanting to stop but worried to go alone due to previous furniture and area rug shopping experiences she’s had at other businesses, but this was a very enjoyable experience! Since leaving we have talked to several people about our experience! We didn’t purchase anything on this visit but we will absolutely be a customer going forward! Thank you!!

Being in retail, I have always believed in great customer service focus mentality. Check out Steinberg's Furniture on W 12th st. Amazing place to get area rugs and furniture including top gain leather pieces at a great price. Dan and Susanne are great people that knows how to deliver exceptional customer service.
