Horrible customer service at the store. The 800# isn’t taking calls. The website is wrong & they make it impossible to contact website customer service. I had an order delivered to a wrong address because their system defaulted to an old address even though I updated it. The website customer service hours are wrong. Just terrible service overall. The guy in the store basically told me it’s my fault & too bad.

Very disappointed. Placed an order with them yesterday for same day pick up. Had understood that it was after 2 so it would have not been done until today. Had called to make sure it would be ready today and they said it would. Went to pick it up after I was notified that it was ready and they were closed at 6 instead of the 8! I had come to pick them up at 6:15. Needed the pick up order for tomorrow and will not be able to get it since they open so late.

I am not sure what is going on with their printing department, but they are not dependable. I have ordered business cards from them for years and they can never find the name of the company or previous orders. I placed an order a week ago and when I called today to inquire about the order, my order had not even been given to production to start the order. I cancelled the order and will not do business with them again.

I bought a desk and office chair from Staples about a year ago and they have been excellent so far. Today I bought some miscellaneous office and computer products and I am pleased with what I got. Staples does run expensive and I do wish they would sell smaller quantities of some office supplies (like selling maybe a 2-pack of the giant spring binders instead of 8, for example) but they've been good to me so far. They can get overwhelmed on a weekend as they are understaffed so keep that in mind too.

This wasn't my first time in the store and won't be my last. I actually felt like I was treated like a queen when I was there, it was wonderful and amazing. I called the store and talked to a very nice gentleman by the name of David regarding a question about getting some copies made and he was quite nice and very helpful. I came into the store and went to the print center and met Brook, whom is also very nice and helpful. Brook and David are people that really want to help you and don't come across as that you're bothering them. Thank you for taking such good care of me. Oh, but then I personally got to meet the store manager Chad and we talked for awhile and I told him about the great experience that I had had and was so nice and friendly and listened and smiled at me. He also had a few nice words and stories to tell me himself. It was such a great day with the Staples family in Sioux Falls. And guess what??? I even got a hand shake from Chad!!!

Apparently, Staples will only guarantee items for 14 days and are shocked that you would expect more time for a guarantee. If Staples will only guarantee 14 days, what is the quality level of the items they sell?

Extremely disappointed and will never shop at a Staples again.I spoke to someone in store and was told the store would be open till 6 pm due to it being a holiday. I ordered a 250 pick up order and told them we would be there before 6 and that we were coming from 2 hours away. We were able to get someone to pick it up, but when they got to the store at 5:15 the store was closed. No sign or notice. Called the store no answer. Two other vehicles came to the parking lot while there and stated they had pick up orders too.

The printing and marketing department is a waste of time. They have a rude tone and don’t want to take the time to work with you on anything. Also they have 2 guys standing in the printing section and one lady at the counter. There is no one in the store and they try to look busy as to not help you.Edit this place was so awful I wanted to give - stars.

Most unprofessional rude staff I have come across in a very long time. Stopped in to purchase a tech product for one of my local buisinesses. Took space holder to the cashier, She rang up my other items and rudely told myself and my employee that was with me her manager would have to get the tech item from the back we would just have to wait. Um okay No problem. We stood there patiently waiting at the counter. All of a sudden the cashier yells that we need to get out of the way so she can help the next person behind us. She never asked us to move and mind you had already rung up the rest of our items. Very confused we moved aside and waited for the manager. The equally unprofessional manager eventually came over and stated they didn't have the tech item and place holder means nothing. No apologies for wasting our time and they could care less about customer service here. We immediately went to your competition where we were welcomed with a smile. They didn't have the item either but without hesitation offered to order it and asked if we needed any other help finding things in the store. You could learn a thing or two from others in town. Kindness goes a long way and your staff needs training.

Walked in to get ALOT of stuff printed and binded and they basically told me not until after the holidays they wouldn't mess with it. RECOMMEND office depot so that's where me and my business will go and stay.

Two people working with a store full of customers. One girl working in printing was extremely condescending/sarcastic and not helpful. Blamed short staff on not being able to hire due to shortage. Meanwhile Office Depot had a full staff and was very helpful. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place and go to Office Depot. Much better service and just a little further down the road.

Went in on the weekend to get a binding (book) done as I have done in the past. Takes 5-10 min max. I walk in and tell the gal who works in printing what I need and she stares at me and says “Not today you aren’t”. She proceeds to tell me she doesn’t know how and it’s just her and to come during the week and not the weekend. Ridiculous. It’s a simple binding and someone who works in that department should be trained. Also I didn’t appreciate the curt tone.
