Not only do the sell and repair bikes and accessories, they can get your bike packed and shipped with bikeflights. I was on a tight schedule and they expedited the process with an extra fee to prioritize my needs (which was totally worth it!). I got my bike shipped to Alaska and at a cost that was much cheaper than anywhere else. I highly recommend their crews for any of your bicycle needs. Big THANK YOU to the Minnesota Ave crew in Sioux Falls!!

Friendly and courteous, they are flexible about working with me to get my very old bike serviced and back up and running. I am very appreciative that they will work with an outside vendor to get replacement parts that they will install on my bike.

These guys are great. I broke a spoke about 15 miles outside Sioux Falls on a long distance tour. When I called them they told me to come right in, they had my bicycle on the stand within 30 seconds and I was on my way in 20 minutes. They were friendly the whole time and their store is well stocked. And the pricing was great too!

I was riding my bicycle on the city bike path and wiped out on a slippery section. I called my wife and told her to meet me at the Spoke N Sport on Cliff Ave. A couple of their employees came out of their store and helped me get into my car and put my bike into the back. They were very kind and considerate. I don't know what I would have done without their help as I had broken my leg in the accident.

I always get great customer service at Spoke-N-Sport including today when I needed a new tire so I could get my Sunday ride in. Not only did they remember my name, but they also shined up my wheel when they put the tire on. Top notch! I highly recommend them.

After taking our ebike in on a recommendation from another shop, we brought ours in here. We were told they could look at it today. After explaining the issues we have, they then said it would cost us $200 an hour to look at it...double what they normally charge because they consider it expedited (even though they said they could look at it today, no problem). Just disgusted at their lack of customer service towards people from out of state. Lesson learned.
