My car was having some "chugging" and brought it in to SWT to get a diagnosis of what might be wrong. They were absolutely swamped but managed to find the problem and got it fixed for me the next day! Absolutely amazing customer service! Bob was so nice and understanding. Upfront and honest! We will be using SWT for all our car issues from now on! Thank you so much!

Everything went good . My only thing is I got charge 400$ for a part that is 90$ at the most . The labor was 80$ . I would have been ok with paying 200 for labor rather than 400 for a part I know that didn’t cost that much . They fixed the problem so I’m grateful for that but idk.
A good company , just expensive.

I was a walk in customer, Bob was outstanding and fit me into their busy schedule. His team member accessed my concerns and were able to resolve and repair part of the issue today and the part will arrive tomorrow and repair will be finished. This will be my shop for all future issues and oil changes on my vehicle. Fantastic customer service!

They are overall amazing took it in for a battery replacement and they were very polite, patient and kind. They will do their absolute best to ensure your car is taken care of. They were so busy which at this time of year it happens but they still took the time and took care of me. I will definitely keep coming back for any car care needs!

Bob was extremely rude and unprofessional he charged me for work I told him not to do and then proceeded to lie and attempt to hold my car I had to pay $127 for him to give me my key DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME WITH HIM
