Quincy was great. She was friendly and very knowledgeable. She didn't pressure us, but gave us all the information we needed to select the best bed for us.

Horrible experience. First of all, I said repeatedly in the store in wanted one chamber as I am the only person who sleeps in the bed. The sales person sold me a dual chamber. After a fews weeks of irritation I called to get the mattress I had asked for in the store. I was advised to call customer service. Upon calling it was a nightmare. They said I was sold a bed that doesn't even come in a single chamber. I had to completely change bed models. Then I was told I had to pay $249 to exchange the bed. After some frustration they finally agreed to waive the fee. I was also told I would still have my 100 night sleep guarantee. the new bed finally came and I HATE IT. It makes my back hurt. I called to return it after 4 weeks. I was told i cannot do that. When you exchange all sales are final. I had to argue about what I was told, call back 3 times and now to find out that yes it was noted that i was told that. SO now i am returning the mattress but they will not take the base back which is $2000. WWWWWWTTTTTTTTTTFFFFFFFFFFFFFF? i could not be more frustrated. They said I was explained that in the store at the time of the sale, which i was not and my husband was also standing right there. DO NOT BUY ONE OF THESE JOKES OF A BED!!!!

The sale was the only thing that went good. The delivery was 2 weeks later then scheduled. Was told to get free setup when delivered for the extended wait time. The delivery people refused setup and were rude. The give a care for the customer is gone once they have your money. Won't buy from them again.

We've been customers of Sleep Number for years. Their sleep products just keep getting better & better. We love our Sleep Number bed in Ms. Coach. Today we visited with Daniel on the lastest in Technology and can't wait to our new bed from him! There's a lot of bed companies out there, Sleep Number is a brand that you can trust and set your own Sleep level plus more.

Sales rep showed us 4-5 beds. Lots of various options and pricing packages. He prepared a printout with all these options and prices.Then he surprised me -- said we could not write down the info nor take a picture of the beds/prices. This was a little too odd for me, bought elsewhere.

Carl was very helpful while we were picking out a bed and mattress. They are having a great sale manufacturing pricing. Carl asked questions about our sleep habits and recommended several different mattresses. After laying on them we choose one and now love our new bed. I was dreading going to look for a mattress but this was a great experience. Thank you Carl at Beds & Beds.

We knew we wanted a sleep number bed after retiring our old one and trying something less expensive. Never Again. Dan, at the Sioux Falls store was so helpful and guided us in the right direction for our new king size sleep number bed. We can't wait until it gets here. Thank you!

They are a dishonest, maybe a better word for it would be shifty sales people and management. Never a mention of a return mattress charge if not satisfied before 100 days.

Daniel S was absolutely fantastic! It wasn't incredibly busy while we were there, so he took us through a full demonstration/ trial on every bed we were interested in. He was really personable and honest with answering all of our questions. The overall experience was just really positive. I'm especially grateful that they supported my decision of a full headboard/bed frame when my husband was trying to convince us that it looked "fine" without one. ?

Our time at this store was wonderful. The sales person felt like a friend and was very helpful in choosing what features we needed in our new bed. She was never pushy and we enjoyed our time picking out our bed and everything to go with it

Kim helped us out and was great. Knowledgeable and funny! Also didn't try to upsell us too much! We went in knowing what we wanted and she showed us a few different things, including the different pressure points - very interesting to see! After checking that out, led us right to the bed we were wanting. Great experience! Highly recommend!
