Nasty hotel: mold completely covering shower caulking around shower, bare minimum & stale breakfast, scary guys hang out behind gas station which shares parking lot with front of hotel, extremely slow draining sink, & nasty sticky stuff on bathroom & vanity light switches. I took pics & video.... I WANT ATLEAST HALF MY MONEY

Hotel room for the price was clean and everything worked. The location was ideal for attending an event at the Denny Sanford arena which is within walking distance. I would stay here again.

Business associate and l stayed two nights for gun show. Room was clean, breakfast was hot. Easy check in. Nothing funny or funny looking. Back parking lot has good lighting. Place was quite and secure. Stay there every year.
Safety: Area around sleep inn and neighborhood looks safe.

Would definitely stay here again. The rooms were clean and good bang for your buck. Location is great if you're planning on visiting the DMV cause it's right beside it, which is super convenient, it's also near the airport.
The real highlight is the staff. They are so amazing and accommodating!

Staff were super friendly but the location and conditions of the hotel were absolutely atrocious. The carpet was sticky and the bed should’ve been thrown out years ago. the pool also was under maintenance and was a big part of the reason we booked the hotel.
I would not recommend anyone books a room here unless it’s a last resort

DO NOT STAY HERE. Just checked into the room I booked for 2 nights and there was bed bugs crawling on the wall, called the front desk and they confirmed it was in face bed bugs so i demanded a refund and women said it would take 3-5 days to get money back, WHILE THEY ARE STILL CHECKING PEOPLE IN. I wish I could give this nasty hotel 0 stars. DO NOT STAY HERE.

No elevator and was not told No elevator and when I asked fir first floor I was blamed for not asking prior to arrival. Rooms were old and in need of updating especially since the hotel was charging over 175 dollars a night. Run don't stop here

The location was convenient to local 605 Pop Culture Con and was priced right. Room was clean and smelled fresh for the two nights I stayed over the weekend. Hot breakfast was provided on both Saturday and Sunday mornings. Staff was friendly. Good parking in the rear/back. I wouldn't recommend parking in the front near the gas station or DMV. Well equipped with laundry, pool, and workout room. Plan to stay here again in the future.

The price is very exaggeratedly high for the services and cleanliness of the place. The room smells strangely bad, as if I were in a bathroom, in addition to the fact that the room is not clean. Unfortunately, the experience cannot be repeated at all. If I could cancel, I would cancel the reservation immediately. I will spend only one night, forced and hated..very bad and disgusting.

I had stayed here about 6 months ago and thought it was ok. The location was perfect for drivers license renewal.
This time, I had my wife and daughter with me. The room smelled of smoke and was low quality. We thought we could stick it out until my wife looked in the shower and found mold.
We checked out. The staff was not surprised and didn't care. We went down the street to a nice hotel. It's maybe a whole 2 minutes further to the license place.
I felt it important enough to my family not to worry about a refund. I wanted them out of there.
Don't make a mistake and book here.

I honestly have never stayed at such a very unclean , horrible service, and disgusting smell hits you right away, throughout the hotel. Our 1st room was on the 1st floor due to handicap reasons the hotel was hot ! The AC unit in the room didn't work. The desk girl came and got it running but it quit. The bathroom shower was dirty and a soap scum look on walls and the floor. The room smelled bad and it was very dusty. A picture on the wall mounted crooked. Got moved to the 2nd floor , which was a big inconvenience and difficult for handicap guest. This room was again not as clean as it should be . Shower not quite as bad as the 1st room but the only way to flush the toilet was to take the tank cover off toilet and fix plug inside the tank each and every time you used it!! The rug was ripped and a trip hazard between the bathroom and the bedroom area. Dirty, towel, floor mat, for shower. Dusty room again too Pool area was very dirty dirty towels overflowing and no clean towels available. The pool looked clean but the hot tub looked disgustingly slimy and green. Hair gob laying near it. AC units were unplugged in the hallways in public spaces along with one on stair landing. Lamps were also unplugged in public spaces. Another family , we talked to were getting their money back they had bedbugs and other issues besides the same ones we had. Took our grievances to the desk.Both girls on duty were argumentive. They would not take ownership of the condition of the hotel. We didn't want to stay the night ,although it was late and we were just too tired to pack the car again and find another hotel . Stayed and slept in a desk chair or on top of covers till early morning and got the heck out of there . I would never go here again!!!! I would never recommend this place ever!!! I would not have rated it even the one star, but apparently had to make a selection to place a review. They belong shut down!!! They should be ashamed of the unsanitary and poorly taken care of conditions. Not fit for business!!!!

Safety: Hot and trip Hazzard with ripped carpet between bathroom and bed area
Food & drinks: We left the hotel too afraid to eat food due to the condition of the hotel ,we left before Continental breakfast.
Noteworthy details: Too much money for an extremely dirty, broken down,rude service, dive! Not fit to call a hotel!!

The parking lot is a disaster, and the outside of the motel looks run down. However, I was pleasantly surprised to see the interior was reasonably well maintained. More importantly, the woman at the front desk was very personable and helpful. For the price, it’s a good deal. If you’re looking for fancy, this isn’t for you.

Rundown, moldy room, dirty carpet, noisy air conditioner, clean beds, poor bathroom layout (sliding door), heavy cigarette smoke smell in the room and hallways. Not worth the price. Breakfast is forgettable.
