Dennis with the Sioux Falls Kettlebell Club is a dedicated and genuinely interested coach. He puts the safety and health of his clients first. He's knowledgeable, insightful and not afraid to tell it like it is, when needed. He ensures his clients are performing movements accurately and correctly to keep them safe under load and explains in detail while coaching efficiently and effectively. I know he lives what he preaches and is constantly evaluating his coaching approach and lifestyle to ensure he's proficient in how he assist others. He has assisted me in losing 160lbs and continues to research and gain knowledge in how he can assist others in living a life that supports their goals.

While visiting from out of state for two weeks I was so pleased to find an excellent place to workout and skilled trainers who helped me dial in my squat and deadlift form! All the trainers were friendly and down to earth. They were eager to help and share their knowledge and skill. The Powerlifting Club on Saturday has a lot of positive energy and camaraderie! Travis is a knowledgeable strength coach and helped me increase my deadlift PRs by 10lbs and squats 5lbs. I finally hit my 300lb goal! Thanks guys!

The trainers here are amazing! Passionate about what they do, and the people they train. The gym-goers are pretty rad too. All ages as well. My daughter has been coming here and paid off dividends for her mentally and physically.

Anyone who is interested and still hasn't gotn to there new years resolution of getting in shape, I strongly suggest stopping into primal fitness. Nick Ridenour is owner and operator and he will absolutely get you where you want to be, Certified trainer and nutrionist he can answere all your questions. I strongly recommend getting to primal fitness, you won't be disappointed. #primalstrong
