We have been with LEVO/SFFCU for over 30 years starting downtown and then moving to the Meadows branch. You treat us like part of your family. Everyone has been so nice and friendly. We hope to have many more years with you. Thanks for being a part of "our" family. Julie Wheeler and Larry have been great just to name a few. ❤️❤️

I've been a member of Levo and it's predecessor Sioux Falls Federal Credit Union for over 30 years. I've always gotten great service at the Meadows Branch and the other branches too!

I've been with Levo for at least three years now, and they are definitely one of the best financial institutions I've worked with! The service is wonderful, I always feel welcomed no matter what I need to get done. The Meadows branch in particular has a very warm and welcoming environment, and the old school bank style makes the place even more homey! The people working there always seem to be having a good time!

They were a good place to bank with for the first couple years. And ever since they changed there name. THEY SUCK. EVEN WITH GOOD CREDIT THERE INTEREST RATES SUCKS. I HAD TO GO TO THE EAST COAST TO GET 2.5 LOWER RATE. TO EVERYONE OUT THERE DON'T DEAL WITH LEVO FOR ANYTHING.

everything here seemed well enough at the beginning. however, i had several issues transferring my vehicles title (no fault of my own, the city office kept refusing me because of mistakes previous owner had written on title). instead of just calling me ONE TIME to figure the issue out, they sent several letters and e-mails threatening to add money to my principal balance or repossess my car etc. i get that it may have been a misunderstanding but one call would have fixed it, especially when i had replied to previous emails detailing the same issues. speaking of which, should you need to call levo, you are not reaching anyone at the actual business, it’s outsourced to a call center. so you will get a new person everytime. you are charged an additional $10 to pay over the phone by card. to avoid this i tried getting their app, which is a huge poorly navigable mess. you would have to transfer money from an outside account, to the app, then transfer again to pay your bills. how is that any easier? i feel like this is so complicated for no reason. after my loan is paid off i don’t think i will ever do business through levo again unless some changes are made.

I have heard great things and rates are lower but I tell you what…don’t do it. I have 3 loans with them. If I wouldn’t have called they wouldn’t have taken my payments and I would have had late charges for that. Now they are saying I don’t have insurance on one of my vehicles. I’ve never had this much trouble with a bank. Customer service was great but the actual bank has issues.
