This Car wash damaged the entire side of my truck. I reported the incident immediately and have never got a call back or any communication from anyone at this location. I've returned 3 separate times to see the manager and Brianna has intentionally avoided meeting with me. I've visited the 'corporate headquarters' to try and get help and that manager was unable to help and of course no one is there to assist either. AVOID SILVERSTAR as they DO NOT care about your car or your business. It's going to cost me well over $1,000 to repair what they did.

Lack of drying towels. When it first opened they were plentiful. Now you're lucky yo find any. Help slow to respond when asking for towels. Plus price raised 50% since Xmas

Absolutely love this place. Monthly membership is well worth the money to keep your car clean all year, plus complimentary vacuums and towels...can't beat it. It's approximately $1/day, if you go everyday....like I do. I love going there as part of my day, luckily there are enough locations around, so easily a "on the way home" activity that only takes approximately 5 min.My favorite location is the one off Minnesota and 85th. AND, I want to give a huge shout out to Abdu, Jamal, and Mark. They are always there working and busting booty, doing an amazing job with a smile. It's a great highlight to the end of a work day! Thank you Mark, Jamal, and Abdu--for always being so nice and doing a great job!!!

Machines should not need you to select START. What is the point and why would staff allow other customers to continue to drive through other without addressing the need to touch a screen. Ridiculous!

I have a monthly membership. This morning I was waved thru on the w 85th st by walmart in sioux falls. No spray down, no brushing and my car was not just a little dusty. Pics were also taken of my car before putting me thru. Car was still dirty after going thru wash. Asked employee and he stated management wanted to see how the machines were working. I didn't have Time to drive thru again and had to leave with a dirty car. If I was to be a test car.. maybe let me decide that if I have time to go thru again. Highly disappointed this morning. Don't recommend .

Promotions and employees are deceitful! I asked Danielle at the window when I purchased the $5 promotion if I needed to cancel, she said no it will just end after 30 days. Nope! Got a monthly charge yesterday and both the store and national customer service refuse to refund. The receipt even says the “club EXPIRATION” date. I guess that is code for club renewal date. Should have learned from last year when we were also not given our buy 3 get 4 promotion correctly. Will be using blue tide from now on :)

I had to go through twice to get the bugs off, which the second time was for free since it didn't meet expectations. I'd give it five stars, however, the top of my vehicle still had soap residue left in the cracks when I wiped it down with the towels. Both times it went through soap was left. I drive an Edge.

What a great visit! I have been to 4 other Silverstar car washes and have to say everyone of the employees are good,,,BUT this was exceptional service! I had traveled through the lake country and the car was plastered with MAY FLIES...bad bugs to get off! They debugged twice and scrubbed getting all those awful bugs off. This car wash is opposite of where we live, but I'm driving down to 85th street for best auto car wash in town!!!Thank-You!

This wash scratched my truck in several spots. I reported it to the manager and emailed pics which he agreed was most likely caused by the brushes. His boss then denied responsibility so I'll never use silver scratch again.Here is a direct quote from them after I posted my review. They emailed me like they were going to help out but this is what I ended up with."With the incident department being a separate department from customer support we are unable to reverse their decisions"

I got my husbands truck washed the other day and it’s bulky and I’m familiar with the truck itself but the guy that was working working April 12,2023 was amazing! He directed me in, took his time rinsing off the filthy truck and was over all great! Thanks for the great service

The guy that was working that was inside the wash bay has something wrong and do not feel safe with sending our vehicle through the car wash. Minimal spraying and no brush down. He sent the next vehicle through with no space between them. I got out and checked to be sure I hadn’t been rear ended. He was swearing and flipping off customers.

If you have a smaller vehicle, this place is fantastic. But if you own a truck, not so much. Spent $18 on a wash to get the winter crud off, and I still had an entire truck bed full of pink snow. The outside looked good, but i had to go to a touchless wash and spend another $10 to get all the snow completely off.

I realize that it seems futile to wash my car when everything is slushy, however I ran my car through this afternoon to get the top layer off. I have noticed that the attendees are not using the brushes on the back window of my SUV like they used to. A little disappointed in the quality of the wash
