Great selection of styles but more so Somer is great at helping you find what you are looking for and even more so she shows you styles you never thought you could wear and then realize you can! She makes it fun! The staff is always there to give the personal shopping experience.

“Amazing customer service downtown. I went in to return a pair of shoes that were not working well for me. After several uses on all different terrain I simply wasn't pleased with the amount of blisters I was getting. Brie Peters gave me the utmost attention as we tried on nearly every shoe in the store. I never once felt like a bother or inconvenience to her. Not only did they return my shoes that were not exactly clean after using on the trails I left with brand new shoes and insoles. I highly recommend 605 running.”
“Jon, the MGR, was fantastic today!!! He really listened to me and what I was looking for. He brought out several different types of shoes and helped me Tryon each pair. He also used the machine to see where my pressure points were and made sure I received the correct insole as well. Very professional and patient! I truly enjoyed my shopping experience and I even ended up buying 2 pairs of shoes, the insole, and socks.... with ZERO pressure from Jon!! I love my shoes and THANK YOU AGAIN! “I bought a pair of Jordan 1 mocha lows and I really love them! I was very uneasy about buying them since I never spent that kind of money in my life. The worker cut me a deal and gave me to them for quite some money off and on top of that I went back the next day cause I wanted to return them since it was a big purchase the cashier reassured me about how nice the shoes are and how he wants to work with me and make sure I’m satisfied with my purchase. Never once made me feel pressured to buy anything. The worker also bought me shoe crease preventers so I can keep these shoes in nice shape. I don’t have lots of money and I’m sure I can’t make a big purchase like this again anytime soon but when I am able to I would love to go into this store again and buy another pair of shoes. Not just because the shoes are nice but simply because the respect that was reciprocated to me. Genuinely felt like gods work today and the environment is great super friendly and they don’t judge you at all! I know when I wear these shoes I’m going to feel good and be reminded of this time. Best customer service interaction I’ve ever had and I know this man that sold me them wasn’t putting up a front or acting for his job he’s definitely a good guy outside of his job too.”

“We always go to shoe carnival for back to school or if it’s time for new shoes. Tonight was my first time returning something, we got a pair of shoes for our daughter that happened to be defective (strap broke) and the manager was great. I was a little apprehensive as I’ve never done a return or exchange here before but it was super easy. We’ve been going to shoe carnival for years and will continue doing so, great staff.”

“This place was nice and offered a variety of shoes to choose from for adults, but not school age kids. I came here to buy "back to school" shoes for my kids who are seven and five years and they really didn't have much of a selection for every day athletic shoes. I did buy some Sketchers, yes, but I was hoping to see more from brands like Nike, Adidas, Reebok, New Balance or Asics.”
