Dropped off 1 slack, 6 blazers, 1 trench coat and 1 gown. They wanted to make me sign a disclaimer stating they are not responsible for any damages because they wash gowns in washing machine. I asked, do you not steam clean? Both the ladies looked at each other, said yes we do. But then said, we will ask our manger. The manager/owner called me and said I could come pick up ALL my things because they didn't think they could get them cleaned for me. Just because I asked them to steam clean my dress and I refused to sign a form that DOESN'T hold them responsible for damaging my things. They will not dry clean ANY of my things. Shipley's Garment Spa Cleaners is FALSE ADVERTISING!

Brought in a little ad of vintage wool pieces. I am very cautious with my vintage because it's all I wear. But when your wardrobe is all about 80 years old, you care alot about your clothes. These ladies were kind and generous. They were very careful with my pieces and I did not feel judged for my clothes as I often do..

Having recently moving here from Texas, we were looking for a regular dry cleaners. We tried a different one before finding Shipley’s. We were so disappointed. Once we found Shipley’s, we were ecstatic! Clothes have been ready when promised, cleaned and pressed according to instructions! They even have pickup and delivery if needed! You will not be disappointed!
