Prices are overpriced on clothing in particular. Staff have no uniforms And now they have self check out lanes that take forever to use. Stop making people feel like you think their shoplifting.

Ridiculous! No changing rooms, insane prices, hard when you just don’t want to drive all the way to St Vincent’s or a Goodwill….I miss the old savers

This place is so over-priced! Everything is donated for free and yet they charge top dollar. It's NOT a non-profit store, so please quit giving any of your used goods to them. Other places like churches or homeless shelters to name a few, give stuff away to people who really need it. People who need help can not afford to shop at this store!

first time shopping here and while you can find good things as you look it’s really no need to shop here. Savers is an interesting place… but as a thrift store why are there no fitting rooms? For a store that sells used items why are no name brand jeans running for $10 and up… all very questionable. And the “return policy” which only guarantees exchanges for other items in the store? All very counterproductive. There are other thrift store in the city that have better options and prices

I ran into Savers to look at their baby clothes. I grabbed a few things and decided to quick look at the women’s activewear. My hands were full and I didn’t want to go all the way to the front to grab a cart to look in one aisle near checkout. Within 5 feet of me I see reusable bags they sell and decide to buy one because you can never have too many. I put the clothing in the reusable bag (clothes clearly sticking out) while going through the clothing. The security officer and a worker tell me that I needed to leave because I was shoplifting. I’d understand if I tried to walk out, but I was clearly using a bag they sell and still shopping. I explain why I was putting the clothing in the bag. Another worker even joins in saying he was watching me the whole time and I’m clearly not stealing. They continued to accuse me until the other worker stepped in. I didn’t get an apology. Will not be shopping here anymore due to the lack of common sense.

It's cheaper to buy books across the street at Barnes and Nobles. Plus, there is a better selection there as well. C'mon, used books shouldn't cost THAT much.

Used to love shopping here until they took out dressing rooms, took away bags, made it self check out only, and took away returns. When you buy clothes you can’t try them on and You cant return, so you are basically gambling your money. Items are way too overpriced for everything being donated to them. When i was in there an item had a tag from walmart for $12.99 and they priced it at $13.99!

I asked about an item, an employee told me to pay for it up front and to pick it up in the back. In the meantime, they sold the item that I just paid for to someone else for less than half the price. Another lady employee came to the back and starts yelling at me and tells me I have to go up front to get a refund. Incompetent and rude employees!

The prices are somewhat outrageous, $15 for a used t shirt is crazy.

Somewhat ok if you’re into thrifting but not the best. No fitting rooms, horrible return policy. You might as well only buy what you’re SURE you will like, which can be hard with clothes. They will tell you they only do exchanges if the tags are still on, but then neglect to tell you that you also need a receipt. No matter what, you won’t get your money back, and if you don’t have the receipt, you’re stuck with items that don’t fit/work for you. If they provided fitting rooms, this would be ok. Unfortunately you’re gambling everytime you purchase something.
