I was behind a guy at the Oxbow water fountain and he took a few drinks and each time spit the water back into the fountain. Why he couldn't drink it I do not know. Professional looking man in 50s. I asked him why he was doing this and he said he was “rinsing.” Some workout standard I am unaware of obviously. I reported it to staff and they had no concerns and directed me to the suggestion box. I said maybe some people need a sign like the one at Ellis has to make them aware spitting water out into the fountain is unacceptable. The response I received indicated there were no concerns and a sign was unnecessary. Ellis location seems to have better staff too.

It's a nice facility, but the hours and amenities leave you wanting, especially after a rate increase.

Horrible, there is a secretary that is racist and rude and accusing me of being frustrated with her for just talking to my partner in another language. It was really horrible. I ended up going to the emergency room at night due to a panic attack and anxiety due to the bad time. That we where put in what happens to me and my partner is really unnecessary and the will not do anything for this

Gym itself is nice and equipment is kept in good condition. Staff is friendly but lazy. Spend most of their time sitting around and talking amongst themselves instead of making sure the gym is kept in order. There doesn’t seem to be any enforcement of the rules. People will sit on equipment for long periods of time on their phones doing no actual work. Also, people will rarely wipe down equipment when they’re done. Hours and days are also strangely limited.

I had a small incident with the front staff, the lady with short hair, glasses, and an adult was rude to me and my husband. He translated for me since my English is not very good (racism) and I disrespected him by saying that if he was frustrated because he was translating for me, there is no tactic to talk to a patient or person. I need a response soon from someone in charge of this facility. Wednesday February 28, 2024 3:20 pm.

Love my gym!!! It is missing a couple of machines I really wish they had.. and I wish my 9 yo was allowed in the gym with me under my supervision because he is very interested in fitness, and it's something we like to do together.. the location i like best is closed on Saturdays, which is such a bummer because Saturday is one of my favorite gym days, and the gym is just better at the Oxbow location... but the tea ellis location has a better pool for kids and a better spa area. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. daycare ladies are wonderful. It's a comfortable judgment free atmosphere. my older kids can go swim while I'm in the gym, which they love. There is so much they have to offer that i haven'teven tapped into yet. I definitely recommend taking a look. Overall, it's a great gym!

I love their kid zone area, especially for my 4 year old. She really enjoys the indoor playset with slides and everything!

Great experience, good instruction on equipment usage, one on one with trainer was informative. Would like to see more opportunities for aquatic workouts for either early morning classes besides just walking laps in the pools.

Experienced instructors, great classes and wonderful equipment. Warm pool classes are geared towards those who need better flexibility, strength and conditioning. Private locker rooms for families as well as men/women.
