My wife went to urgent care today and saw PA Marin Schaefer and was treated very unprofessionally. Marin basically thought it was a joke that my wife went to Urgent Care for help. Marin proceeded to put in her chart that patient left without being seen. This is false information and needs to be addressed. I find it interesting that on her profile she has written that her idea of care is to "provide high level medical care that focuses on the unique needs of each individual patient and their health care goals" this couldn't be any further from the truth. Marin, you might want to find a job behind a desk because patient care isn't for you.

Ashley Briggs doesn't know how to help people conceive. She'll take your money and say she's helping. False hope. Emotional damage. The woman made me lose all hope in health care professionals.

I want to say a big thank you to Dr Alex Jospeh,
RN CJ , best nurse Andrew and one other person ( forgot his name maybe Neil sorry if I don’t remember but I’m pretty sure they will mention you ) and Lottie for the expedited process of experience I had recovering my severe allergy.
They did not make me wait and took me in right away and ruled out a stroke.
They were very kind and kept my symptoms monitored and made sure I was ok to go home.
I am very grateful today they saved my life because I drove 2 hours from Huron just to make sure I didn’t die from an allergy !!!
This is one of the best hospitals I have been back to since I moved from New York. .
Also the CT scan guy was very kind I believe his name was a Robert.
Thank you Sanford and team !

Was admitted for 5 days and the nurses couldn’t have been better. Ryann was amazing to me and super professional the entire time. There were many others that were great as well. This visit was unexpected for me and due to the circumstances of my condition when I arrived (do not remember), my chart notes about my behavior was disturbing to read. With all of this, they were the nicest staff and made sure that I was comfortable while I was there. I was discharged 4 days ago and still trying to figure out a good gift to bring the staff. My family and I will come up with something great and can’t wait to go visit to say THANK YOU!

5and half hours in the ER and still not seen then they have this so called care management team that comes to you and says your coming to the ER to much this is what I feel is wrong they say they'll look into somethings and still have not helped us at all instead of doing the right thing at all is to figure out what's causing the breathing problems that's more serious than they think maybe the staff there or management team member should spend about a week wife my wife and be around her 24/7 and then we will see what's up it's b getting worse and my wife shouldn't. Have to I'm eep going through all this pain or being scared she's going to stop breathing and I shouldn't have to keep going through this nightmare either or have to be in fear that my wife is going to stop breathing she don't panic till the breathing spell comes and if they actually spent time with her they would see it I'm tired of being scared and if this is what it takes to get proper medical than I guess I do on today's date came in ER seen people come in after us and get in and leave already this kind of treatment is uncalled for staff here always says if your still having problems then come back then this hospital needs to make big changes and serve the community right I know one thing if anything happens to my wife i will hold staff responcible
