I am speaking about store 48101, and not all staff has given me this experience .i have been coming to this salon centric for 8 plus years . made a new policy that if you don’t have the app on your phone you have to show an id to prove your identity. Today I didn’t have the app on my phone , and my id in the car . Keep in mind I have been in this store for the last 8 years the particular staff has I’d me numerous of time .They would not sell to me unless I had an id . Now , mind you I have given staff in this store the last number of my phone number for them to access my account they have sold to me. They know exactly who I am . There excuse is “other people maybe sharing their account , other people may not have an account .” And I need make sure the person behind you may or may not have an account .Which I completely understand the rules if I was some who they never seen before.The issue is this , self awareness &customer service ! If you know who I am, you have seen my id , you have seen I just made a purchase two days ago on my account, why make my shopping experience hostile by enforcing a rule intended for PEOPLE WHO DO NOT have accounts there .It’s frustrating when i show up to the store to pick up quick supplies and I’m now being hassled .It’s also concerning that “corporate is directing its staff to not consider any loyal clients who have spent money and time when they have so many other options . Regular and loyal Clients and customers should not be made felt like “the person who is trying to illegally purchase shampoo “ in fact staff and corporate should have enough self awareness to at the very LEAST recognize clients and their loyalty in a situation like this , heck we cant get a free BAG to put our products and supplies in that has sky rocketed in the last year . You are in the industry for customer service , making a customer feeling valid and important. This policy is being used as tool to not only stop illegal purchases of professional supplies but as a tool to be little, control certain customers they may not favor , as well as certain (not all staff) staff to gain higher position by sticking to policy and procedures even at the cost of losing customers.To even purchase from this store we have to maintain a license that we worked hard for . To only be treated like the person who doesn’t have one ?

You can tell a lot about people by how they treat strangers. Today I ran into the store for water after someone needed help in the high heat. Their staff sprang to action to help. I’ll be back soon to make a purchase because I saw how kind they are.

Called before stopping in to make sure they had a particular item. Left my salon to go purchase and was turned away without explanation. Said my account was blocked. Lady was downright rude. I asked for an explanation and she had none. I need a place I can rely on when I need items. Time is money in my industry. Will not be returning.

My wife frequented this store very often to stock up on supplies when she was a full time hairdresser. Almost always found everything that she was after, and the employees did their best to suggest alternatives if they did not have specific product in stock. I also have enjoyed trying different pomades and shampoos here, as they keep a decent selection for men as well.

Every time I go in, the employees are INCREDIBLY rude. Every single one of them! They are seriously lacking in products. The store itself is unorganized and nothing is price marked. I wish they'd get rid of that store and put another cosmoprof in, with all new employees. Awful.
