Sandy colored my roots and gave me hi lites. I’m naturally strawberry blonde. I looked like a clown when she got done. Dark brown and purple with yellow streaks. She did try to fix it but it looked just as bad if not worse. She did refund me; However, it cost me $250 the next day to get it fixed at a different salon as I could not go in public and I’m a real estate agent. It costs me 8 hours of my time in both salons and a ton of $. Her screw up and the fix, plus I couldn’t work. Highly highly highly DO NOT recommend. I reached out to the owner of the salon and she never responded ?♀️Absolutely unprofessional and disgusting!I’ve never asked for a refund in my entire life. It was that bad!!
