My experience with Safelite was beyond disappointing; it was a brutal ordeal that I wouldn’t wish upon anyone. Initially, I was promised a straightforward windshield replacement that would take just a few hours. This promise quickly devolved into a nightmare.The first indication that things were going awry was when I received a call stating the wrong windshield had been delivered. As a real estate agent, my vehicle is vital for my livelihood. Yet, I was forced to go without it because of this mistake. They assured me the correct windshield would arrive by the next day. Naively, I believed them. However, history repeated itself with the wrong windshield being delivered once again. This incompetence cost me two crucial days of work.But the saga didn’t end there. When they finally seemed to have the right windshield, they then revealed they couldn’t recalibrate it for the lane assist and adaptive cruise control features, despite multiple assurances from their staff that this wouldn’t be a problem.To make matters worse, when I inquired about scheduling the recalibration through the dealership, as they had filed the insurance claim, I was met with a baffling lack of communication and responsibility. Initially, I was told they would handle everything and inform me by the afternoon. That call never came. Following up, I was informed that it was actually my responsibility to arrange and pay for the recalibration, contrary to what I was previously told.This entire experience was not only a colossal waste of time and energy but also a significant disruption to my business. The level of disorganization, miscommunication, and sheer incompetence I encountered was astounding. Safelite specializes in auto glass repair, yet they failed spectacularly at the very service they’re supposed to excel in.I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Safelite to anyone. If you value your time, energy, and the importance of reliable service, steer clear of this company.

Larry did a great job and was thorough with communication. It was so convenient to have him come right to my house on the weekend. He was quick and you can barely see the crack in my windshield. Very happy with the service and the product!

I’ve been using this place for years since it’s what’s approved by my insurance company. The facility site is problematic, it used to be that you pulled up to the garage door. They opened it you drove in, they no longer do that. I tried it, and one of their employees got pissed After moving twice I figured out on my own to park in their parking lot south of the building. Park there and let them move your vehicle into their shop. The guy that actually brought me my keys was very friendly, he did an excellent job.

They did a really great job on the small cracks in my windshield. The only downside was the price seemed high for repairing the tiniest chip, which was hardly noticeable. Overall, though, I was pleased with the outcome.

Brought my car in a year ago to have a chip repaired. My first clue should have been that the building and grounds looked like a third world country - peeling paint, garbage in the parking lots, 4 foot tall weeds. I had an appointment made through insurance, so I dropped the key off and was told they'd fix it.Picked the car up, wasn't told a thing. I got part way home and noticed a crack where the chip used to be. Drove back and was basically told "Um, sorry, but too bad, so sad, not our problem, read the disclaimer on the internet." No response from anyone on the website or phone calls to national.The crack is now expanding and migrating into my field of view. Replacing it will fall under my deductible. Thanks, Safelite!I would not recommend them to anyone under any circumstances. Low quality work, poor customer service.

Very rude employee. Raised his voice at me and told me i couldnt go through the shop area as i did before to go to the office to pay. He just kept saying no you cant, and no you wont. I said then ill just leave and not pay until next time i come around. He stated o.k. im handicap, had to park and walk in rough terrain. Going all the way to the front door was a hardship. Told the manager that was there. She said she would talk to him. I know I won't take a chance of having a rude angry person on my car again.

Called and was not possibly to directly talk to a sales person. Rather it went to a message giving instructions to receive a text message containing a link. For my personal schedule I don't always have time to use a link as life is busy. I try to accomplish task like windshield repair or replacement while completing other tasks.
