I found Nate & Paige to be very friendly, knowledgeable, & helpful in making my jewelry selection. They were both willing to take the time I needed to decide what was the right choice for my needs. I wasn't hurried or pressured. I am very happy with my selection & I would definitely go back to Riddles.

We were just walking by, killing some time, and stopped in. We were greeted by both employees in the shop, and received lots of help. My sister in law bought a gift for one of her kids, my wife had her wedding ring cleaned, and my wife spotted a necklace that was close to something she’s been looking for a while. All in all, a good stop!

The Sioux Falls Riddle's is fantastic. I lost my wedding band I had purchased from them back in 2019 while at work. When insurance was unable to assist us in replacing it, Kayla at Riddle's made purchasing a replacement a breeze and was very kind and helpful through the whole process. Thank you so much!

I COULD NOT BE MORE HAPPY WITH RIDDLES!! They were so welcoming and helpful as they listened to my dream engagement ring. The staff helped us create exactly what I had in mind and kept me in the loop the whole process. They were so welcoming to my fiancé as well as he came in to pick up the ring. They also gave him a care package that included items to take care of the ring and a list of things to keep in mind for the wedding planning. After the engagement we brought the ring back into be sized and the staff made us feel so special and welcomed again. They are wonderful to work with. Highly recommend checking them out!!
