Paid over 100 bucks for an oil change and tire rotation, they told me my engine air filter was "excellent" and they topped off my fluids... even tho 2 warnings pop when you start the vehicle, right above the odometer, to change filter and fill w.s. fluid. Just crawled under the hood, in the middle of winter, to find empty w.s. fluid and a dirty air filter- pretty nervous what else I'll find... I had another vehicle serviced at the same time that I'll have to check and worry about

Called in and I was told first come first served. Came in early in the morning right after opening and waited 2 hours to get oil changed (initially I was told 1 hour) . 4 people that came after me were served first.

Love going to quick lane at Sioux Falls Ford Lincoln. Both times that I have gotten an oil change they have been quick and efficient. Everyone who works there is friendly and helpful. Wonderful service and would recommend to anyone needing an oil change.

We found a vehicle that we loved but it was a few hours out of town. We came to Sioux Falls Ford to see if they could run the numbers and dealer transfer the car. We all knew we would have negative equity with our trade, but they thought they could get it done. We came up with 7 grand down and 3.9 for 72 months, my payment would be a little over 1030. We put money down and the car was on its way. I pushed to try and get it sooner because my current vehicle was due, and I told them so. We came back about a week later when the car had arrived only to be told we needed another 7000 down. What! The finance manager, Jorge Carmona lied right to my face and said the deal we had was not the deal we agreed on and that they wanted more money down. He was so nervous talking to me that he was physically shaking, he could barely put his papers back in the folder in his hands. He kept saying 'remember, we talked about this.' No! no we didn't. I would never have asked the dealership to SHIP THE CAR if I couldn't afford the down payment. The general sales manager Kevin Roast came over. He called me a liar in so many words, said I didn't pay my other car payment and that their person would never tell me not to pay (see screen shot) and that the deal I walked out with was not the deal I walked out with (see attached sheet signed by Jorge.) It didn't matter what we said or did - we weren't getting the car without 12k down. Kevin said 'as a friend I would not finance the car'. I would have ended up with an 1030 payment and being upsidedown in the car. Which was none of Kevins business -friend. This was the dream car and we can afford it, and the payment isn't much more than the one we're making now on a vehicle that we don't love. I met the terms and they still wouldn't give me the car. It's heartbreaking, but more than that I'm furious they wouldn't honor their own 'sign this paper if you agree' garbage. I can't believe the finance manager lied to my face and I can't believe how condescending Kevin was - sitting there totally unwilling to do anything..and the audacity to say that the info I have in writing was a Misunderstanding. The dealer didn't stand to make much on the vehicle. I get it. But treating a customer that way is sad. I met the terms! We love the Car! I wish they would do the right thing, even though I know they won't. :(

i ordered a Axel for my truck and tried returning it. it's been 3 months now since it was returned and 8 phone calls later and I still have not received the money for the part.

Sioux Falls Ford says they inspect their used vehicles. However they do not stand behind their inspections. Managers Jim and Kevin are jokes of human beings when it comes to standing behind their work. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE MY WORST ENEMY WHEN IT COMES TO BUYING A USED VEHICLE! Especially FROM THESE CLOWNS. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. Somewhere that stands behind what it claims to do. My car needed rotors and a wheel bearing just weeks after I purchased it. They told me they did an inspection but obviously they did not actually inspect. So grab the Vaseline if the are planning on buying a car.

Love that lots of women work here, service was done in a reasonable amount of time. HATE that they play Foxnews (garbage) in their lounge. Put on something generic please!Services: Tire rotations
