This was truly such a great experience not only did we get an appointment for the same week but the doctor was beyond amazing!!! Our pup needed some blood work and got the results right away, granted the news wasn't good news but she definitely helped keep our nerves down and gave us lots of options. I highly recommend this facility and will be bringing our other pup here from now on.

This is my first visit with my pet and they got me in within the week and it was at a reasonable price. I'm just glad to have a knowledgeable and a reasonably priced vet in our neighborhood to take our pets when needed.

I wish we had registered with this hospital from the very beginning. We were in the process of obtaining an international health certificate to take our dog overseas, and Dr. Carr and Mercedes went above and beyond to assist us. After reaching out to multiple vets in town who were either unhelpful or demanded an exorbitant fee, we were relieved to find the compassion and support at this clinic. Throughout the entire process, Mercedes kept us updated and even conducted additional research on our behalf, going out of her way to ensure everything was in order. We were so pleased with all our visits with Dr. Carr. You can really tell he genuinely cared about his patients. We are incredibly grateful to Dr. Carr, Mercedes, and the entire Prairie Creek staff for their outstanding service, and just being absolutely amazing beings.

The lady who answered the phone acted like I was the problem due to the fact that I was emotional with my dog quite literally bleeding she was rude and disrespectful. She had no compassion and acted as if she was better than everyone else. I felt extremely disrespected. Do not go here they do not care

As I was trying to find an opening for my dogs so they can get in so they can get their Wounds look at the receptionist was being really rude and no compassion and just plain rude pls don’t go here !!!

First visit with our pup, Jack. Dr. Plagman is incredible. I've seen a lot of vets over the years and my standards are high. She's great at educating, wonderful with the pup (on the floor, playing and examining) and matter of fact about what is happening. It is nice to meet a vet who is as good with people as they are with the animals. Jack will be a going to Dr. Plagman for as long as she's at Prairie Creek and we'd be inclined to follow her elsewhere, too.

Such an amazing team here! The vets are so kind to my dogs and I, they explain everything, and answer all questions completely! The front desk ladies were also amazing, so sweet. I can't recommend this vet more. I truly feel like my dogs get such great care here.

There is a very caring and extremely knowledgeable vet here! We really like her and dont want anyone else for our vet! The ladies at the registration desk are very nice too. When our oldest kitty passed away they sent us a sympathy card and they had the stamped paws on the card of our beloved kitty.

Love this place! I started going here in 2019 when I got my 8 week old Jack Russel Chihuahua. They spayed, microchipped her, gave her all her first vaccinations, and check ups. I have nothing but good things to say about them. They are always so accommodating and welcoming. I relocated and needed to get my dog's records and Diane was so helpful and made sure they were sent to me. Thank you for being wonderful!!
