Great location! Plenty of car/truck/RV parking. 158 spaces, 40 reserved, (get yours online, pay with your points) 3 handicap spaces. Homestyle prepared meals (meatloaf, chicken, pizza, etc.), Denny's, Cinnabon and Burger King. Washers, dryers and clean showers. Staff is kind and friendly. Well lit at night. "Be a Beacon of light so others can find their way. Safe and happy travels!" Be'Be'

Not friendly and poor service to drivers. 1st I arrived late morning staff Not really busy with customers. And some staff were not friendly. 2nd at night went in to get a shower and was told there is no maintenance staff and they are in a shift change, an hour later still waiting for a shower.

Shelby and Nolan were very friendly and polite. Help me with my transactions and also kept my phone safe when I accidentally left it. There are still good people in this world.

I only gave one star to be able to give my opinion and say that the pilot service in general is leaving a lot to be desired, very bad everywhere, now it is very difficult to get a shower and in the early morning, not to mention, they always say that they don't work or that There is no internet signal, I gave one star but they don't really deserve one

No pop ice machine. Coffee beans were not filled. No breakfast. Coffee refill was $2.45. Panhandlers in front of store. Overall sickening experience here.

I park in a spot for 2 days and just about finish a 34 restart they woke me up made me move said I was Park in a prime space but no signs or painting reserved but make me move so that the other prime parks that paid for a spot funny thing is the their app has 38 spaces available so we see where they what they like so I go back using love's

This is a busy Flying J, we walked in and get cut off by the employee. Then we go up to see about grabbing something hot to eat and the section was gross. Dried out food and been there for quite some time. I watch the gal pick her fingernails and stired mush and added gravy to the mush. There was little to no selection and nothing on the grill and no cold items to choose from. The gal then proceeds to ask us, if you want any of this gross editable food? The whole place should not be allowed to serve food. Thhe whole place is a hot mess. First of all, I have NEVER EVER seen a truck stop especially a Flying J be allowed to function like this. This place needs help and the health department and the owners of Flying J to come in!!

Nice place to stop for gas, they have a separate pump lane for RVs/Campers which was really awesome. Gas price was reasonable, the store was clean, and the store had a good selection of snacks/drinks.

The last two times I have stopped here for gas, I have had to go into the shop to get my receipts. If you are in a hurry and need a receipt, be warned. I really wasn't impressed with the helpfulness of the staff, but the facility was clean.

The staff are as stupid as possible, that’s why there was an attempt to deceive me when buying food (I asked and paid for 5 chicken wings, but they put 3 and a small piece of breading), when I asked why only 3 wings I received only a stupid look from a fat employee and no answer, after which I then asked to cancel everything and it froze completely.
Perhaps other employees are not as complete as the one I came across.

Pay at the pump does not work properly. I drive around and have to try at least 3 pumps before I get one to work. I would say maybe a system issue or a fluke but this has been happening for many months. Finally decided to skip the frustration and just use a different station. This is something that should be so easy.
