I have been getting my cats medication compounded here for a year now and have honestly felt the staff have been rude but overlooked it until today. Right down to not returning voicemails and charging you for an extra syringe with an oil compounded medication when the oil wears the numbers and line off every time.The same medication my 17 year old cat has been on for a year was picked up and I’ve been giving it to her for 2 weeks now and every single time my poor cat is having a horrible frothing at the mouth excessive drooling reaction to the point of vomiting every single time. I called them and they told me to bring the medicine in as they couldn’t get ahold of Cheri. I explained at this point I’m concerned something is wrong with this batch I don’t feel safe giving it to her.Cheri sent my husband back out the door with the same medicine in hand saying nothing they can do and recommended we get an RX for transdermal (more expensive).The concern that the medication was made incorrect was completely dismissed and they were not at all helpful or even polite. I would have expected they would have been concerned as well and made a new batch.This is a cat though so I feel my concern is viewed as invalid and they didn’t care at all.

would love to give them five star rating but I've only dealt with them once but that experience was a very pleasant one people I talk to on the phone were very courteous friendly sometimes you have to explain things to me like I'm a kindergartener the pharmacist did exactly that made me understand exactly how I was supposed to take my medicine I appreciate that very much I hope to do business with them in the future thank youthought of the day we are all born ignorant but one must work hard to remain stupid

The worst prescription experience of my life !! Messed up 3 months of prescription in a row and last time left me without medication for a ailment which I deal with daily pain for almost 4 days.. after hours of time off work to sort it out since they could get a hold of anyone they went around and round for multiple hours telling me I was wrong and my doctor hadn't called in and once I verified on my sanford that it was 96 hours ago the continued to make excuses until they offered me a free prescription for my troubles... It honestly scares me that this place is still up and running and wonder how many people on the daily deal with this that just don't take time time to write reviews... that will be my last script filled from these guys and thank God !

Very knowledgeable staff that is always ready to help. They are willing to order things in if they don't have them on the shelves. I trust them to do the research to find the quality supplements so I don't have to. I feel confident that what I buy there isn't full of fillers.

I don't normally write these but when looking for the address I saw the 2 negative reviews and decided to add my feedback. Everyone was extremly nice, helpful and professional. I was greeted the second I walked in and it was close to closing time. I was helped, asked if I had questions and a pharmacist came and explained the dosage and directions. They gave me a magnet with their contact information and a card showing the number of days needed for refills. Medicines are made from scratch so I understand it takes time.

The first time I stopped in I waited 30 minutes to even be seen. The techs and staff need a lesson on customer service. They are down right rude. The first time I called to refill my Rx I was scolded because I only gave them 48 hours notice. The lady said it was too short of a time. I explained it was my first time filling it (its a cream so I couldn't see how much was left in there) and I didn't know how long it would last. I was told to plan ahead better. I have called other times to get my Rx refilled and they are just as rude. Worst customer service in Sioux Falls.
