The online shopping is not a pleasant experience. Selections r not very accurate. As to what I entered. I will stop my shopping for now. Not very user friendly

This is the first time ever buying online from this store. I made my first purchase and Old Navy texted me saying they can't find the product and canceled the order. The next day I placed a second online order thinking ill try them again. I received a text again saying they can't find the product and canceled my order. No third chance for me.

Place is clean. Didn't talk to anybody that works there because all I was doing was checking to see if they have the pants that I like to buy there. Thankfully they do.
