Service that will put a smile on your face. Estimated time of completion always met and instant answers on what will and what may not be accomplished. I have had several windshields replaced here over the years, never had a problem with leaking or breakage.

Incredibly good value. This place is right along the bike trail so I took my bike along and did the loop while they replaced my windshield for a good price. I learned they were actually bought out by one of the larger glass suppliers which is one reason the cost was better than many places. In any case I will use them again.

I’ve been going here for many years . I enjoyed a nice conversation with the new owner and they helped me with my window leaking and also offered me a great deal on re installing or replacement of my windshield . Good luck for this new owner for many good years ahead!

I gave a two, vs a one because I ordered the windshield with the Ford logo and not the F150 logo on it. In fact. I wasn't even aware the F150 logo was an option. I called several other auto service businesses to get a quote with the logo prior to coming here. While Cheryl recalls asking if I wanted the F150 logo, which we are at an impass on this, as I requested the Ford logo. I got the quote earlier this spring when Northstar was owned by another company, but had to reschedule a few times, due to unexpected trips for work. She offered to take it out, but of course no windshield to replace it with, leaving the truck unusable, because they threw mine away. She remained professional, but where I felt she fell short is her comment when I sat across from her desk and she said, " well, we will know for next time", referring to me wanting the Ford logo, instead of the F150 logo. I found that very dismissive and a demonstration that customer satisfaction is not their driving force. They could get me the windshield with the Ford logo for around $1,100.00, but they would have to order it. Immediately after I called other businesses in Sioux Falls and they could get me the windshield with the Ford logo for around $370 to $400.00, and had them in stock. After calling Cheryl back and explaining that I felt she didn't try to resolve the issue, she then again offered to take it out, but had nothing to replace it with. After further discussion, she asked what would make it right. At this point, I felt my options were limited and requested the $45.00 difference between the plain windshield and the F150 windshield. While, my windshield is replaced, it certainly is not with the logo I very much wanted. Unfortunately, with all the miles I put on, I replace at least one a year. I do not see me returning to Northstar, simply because the initial lack of effort to satisfy a customer is not their priority. I get it, probably no loss to them, as I am only one customer.

A+ company! Matt and Larry came to my home to repair a cracked windshield. They were quick, efficient, and knowledgeable. They will be the one I call for all my windshield repair needs in the future!

I called to get an estimate for my car since Safelite is really expensive. I talked to whoever told me the price of a $260. I told them that they were cheaper than Safelite the guy on the other hand end of the phone called he didn’t wanna hear about the other company and that hung up on me. I called them right back and I told him I didn’t mean to make them mad and they said well they didn’t wanna hear about the company and they said that do you want us to order you a new windshield? I said yes and I said well see you here if you even show up. I thought that was the most rude I have ever been spoken to. I’ll just take my business there go elsewhere. Hello Safelite.

Looked up the place one day, showed ythey were open...no answer. Called back on a Tuesday, put on hold. After waiting for 4 minutes, I hung up. Later that day I called and I told the guy what I needed and told he'll call me back with an estimate. My back window is fixed and still no estimate from them. What a joke. Safelite way better.
