Great customer service!!! Daughters car had no heat, got us in right away, and we were fixed in a couple of days, had to wait for parts. They kept to the estimate they quoted, and now the heat workes better now than ever before!!! Thanks guys for the great work!!!

I would never recommend anyone I know to this place. Took my vehicle in for some exhaust work, new brakes and an oil change. A month later I blew a rod in the middle of the interstate. Called several times and haven't received any call backs. Charged me $2000 just to blow my motor up.Services: Oil change

If you think mechanics are like lawyers, greasy with not a good one in the bunch, this place proves itself to be the exception. I've been coming here for ages for everything from oil changes to engine repairs and Gary and his guys have never provided anything less than top-notch service. In fact, I'm planning on trading my current vehicle in soon but not until I've brought the new one to them to make sure it passes muster. If you're looking for an honest, respectful and clean shop to entrust your vehicle to, look no further. Neighborhood Automotive is it.

I am selfishly a bit reluctant to write this review, as I don't want this place to change. But, Neighborhood Auto is hands down the best auto shop I have been to. Gary is always professional and respectful and will explain what, why and if anything actually needs to be repaired.I no longer dread having something go wrong with my vehicles as I know I will be taken care of.These guys will treat you right!
