Have had good experiences before, but today showed up to pick up a reservation I had made directly with National and was unsympathetically told they had no car for me. It's unacceptable to refuse to honor a reservation.

I love the Emerald club and the freedom and flexibility that it provides. The rewards program is decent (with one exception to be covered later in the survey).

I am an Emerald member and the majority of my experiences with National are very positive. This particular trip was disappointing as I left a bag in the vehicle when returning it. I didn't notice the missing bag for several days. Once I realized it, I called customer service. I was informed they had no record of the bag. I don't understand how a bag essentially disappears and is not found during the cleaning of the vehicle. Very disappointed to have to replace the bag and the contents of it.

For a small airport it was good. They won't have emerald aisles, but they still gave me a lot of fun options and had good support. The challenger was a little tough in snow, but it worked out and was still fun to drive.

Overall decent experience and equal to other rental companies. Nothing stands out as great and each location gives a different experience, resulting in mixed emotions. When executive aisle is an available, the experience is the best, though selection of cars can still be poor. Counter service at smaller locations has not been a good experience overall and takes too long. Options for upgrades is reduced as well, even when having executive elite status.

Devon was fantastic and went over and above to get get me checked in for the booth next to him and even looked up a previous rental from a different location. I also heard him with customers in front of me and was super professional

This is a downgraded review. In every other location where I rent from National, the service and the fleet are outstanding. I have rented vehicles from this airport on several occasionsin the past 3 months; none have been good experiences. Typically, 2-3 staff will be at the counter, wandering in and out of the office, but only one will help customers. Vehicles are in poor condition. I returned a vehicle on 1/29 that had multiple issues: no washer fluid, broken wiper blade on driver's side, dirty vehicle, vehicle would not connect to any phone device (I tried multiple), and the battery on the locks was going dead.

As many times as I have rented, National has always provided great service and trust worthy cars. I love being able to walk up and choose what I want.
