The nice Sioux Falls based service person came over quickly and spent time just looking at the appliance without actually doing any basic testing. I was to pay the repair person upon arrival a charge of $130 to look. The nice service person decided to call someone with "more" experience before giving me a repair estimate of $2,500+. I have years of appliance work in my past but few of the tools necessary to perform the needed work. I decided to borrow some necessary supplies from my sources, spent $100 to fix the appliance. I would never recommend this company to repair a toaster. I felt ripped off and will never call again.

Called Mr. Appliance due to a Dryer that wasn't heating. I received a call back fairly quickly to scheudule the appointment and the tech was onsite as needed. The tech quickly diagnosed the issue and performed the repair. would recommend this company to repair appliances prior to shopping for replacement.
