I love the furniture I ordered through Montgomery’s! I can’t begin to express how delighted I am with the final outcome with my Montgomery experience. Due to the Covid pandemic, We encountered an extremely long delay in the shipment of one of my pieces. Upon receipt of the recliner, we discovered a faulty switch. I worked closely with the Division Manager who personally intervened to rectify the problem. She has been so helpful and courteous ensuring that I was completely happy with my furniture. I highly recommend Montgomery’s. Not only do they have gorgeous furniture but they also stand behind every piece they sell providing excellent customer service.

A wonderful family-owned business that started in Madison South Dakota... But each store is a little different... I always find more than we need... Whether it's flooring or furniture or even the purchase of the dreaded mattress every 5 years I have enjoyed doing business with them for over 20 years

The delivery team was amazing! My son was sleeping in the next room, and they were quiet, professional, and so thorough. They were polite, took their shoes off, and made sure to show me how the new table latched together. What a personable and great experience. And they were on time — with great communication about their arrival time.

I really recommend working with Wanda, she has such a great eye, and so good at measuring spaces and getting the right furniture that will fit your layout. The Moving team was also excellent, very white glove. I could not have had more of a attentive experience with Montgomery.

We just moved from California and sold a lot of our furniture ahead of time. We looked everywhere for furniture that complimented our style and desire for quality.
We worked with Anastasia at Montgomery’s and she spent a couple hours with us initially to show us the various furniture and options. We hadn’t purchased a home yet, however she didn’t rush us or push us. Based on our initial experience, we decided that is where we wanted to buy our furniture.
Several months later, we reconnected with Anastasia to move forward. She remembered us and made us feel welcome. She was professional, knowledgeable, and worked diligently to find everything we were looking for. Our new house feels like home and much of that has to do with the beautiful furniture, rugs and lighting we purchased at Montgomery’s!
