Excellent customer service by Gabby!!! This young lady was super patient and knowledgeable. Offering much needed advice and suggestions on how to better care for our fish. Third time to this store and so glad we came back today!!! She deserves a raise!!

mini critters is the only place I go to buy supplies for my reptiles. the staff has always been incredibly kind and welcoming every time I come in. the 49th st location is where I got my leopard gecko a few months ago, and Minnesota Ave location is where I got my sweet cat almost a year ago. could not recommend mini critters... read full comment
