Glad we did this now instead of when we "had to" since it wasn't as easy as just plugging everything in. Also, our internet will periodically go out/or down and then the programing will stop, so it isn't great! Hoping this will get better.

I was instructed how to self install modem to have internet I did have everything but the wire I got 19.00 for everything

They are very friendly and very nice they helped you get the service that you needed it and have a technician come out installed everything for you. I really enjoyed my service.

This is the 4th piece of equipment in 2 years (modems, routers, pods) I have had from Midcontinent that has randomly broken and stopped working for no reason and had to be replaced by them. Absolutely ridiculous. Get better equipment.

I am not happy with Midco. I was trying to watch movies over Christmas. Channels that are in my package said they was unavailable. And they was aware of it and was working on it.I was on air TV and had more movie channels then I have with you and pay over $100. A month for. Others are getting package 2 for the same price I pay.I will be disconnecting within a couple days. Not happy.

Midco staff was very helpful with all aspects of getting service established. Everything went smoothly from start to finish.
