We have had service with midco for over 20 years with 13 at our current location.
Every week for the past years, we send out an email on Monday to our clients saying, "On Tuesday and Thursday, we may be offline due to internet outages." We have had to do this for 10 YEARS!
We literally lose service on both or one of those days every week for one reason or another.
We have never received a bill credit. Hell, after 20 years of loyalty, we don't even get the best prices unless we disconnect at this address for 6 months.
Thankfully, Golden West has the same speeds here now, and we can make a switch!

Midco does a great job when it comes to customer service. The tech that installed service was very knowledgeable and just a great guy in general. Midco also offers a service that nobody else does in this area, Fixed Wireless. Cut my internet bill in half by getting me off Starlink. My only minor negative is that the latency on the connection is very inconsistent. So far this has not caused any noticeable problems, but it is a pain point to keep my eye on. Over all, would definitely recommend Midco!

This place sucks! They "upgraded" the Tivo system, aka.....charge you more for an already crappy service. For a normal size remote, it's $10 extra a month! There was a series that I saved, that I repeatedly watched. They ERASED everything. If we could switch, we would. They have a strong hold on Sioux Falls with no other option.

My wifi stopped working, a reset did not fix it. Called into Donny, he answered within 0:01 seconds of waiting and immediately was on top of the problem with great professionalism. Donny is why Midco serves its customers great, my child continued his homework within minutes of the call starting.

If you are disabled Midco can be a nightmare, because if you ever need to update your payment info it automatically cancels auto pay. When that happens you have to restart auto pay, then it costs more than twice the amount to restart. I imagine this could potentially effect anyone in a negative way, especially people on a very limited budget.

I am over-the-moon happy with my new Midco fiber internet service! The speed is amazing and the service seems very reliable so far. This has been a huge life upgrade!

Charged for things I never had. They got rid of "on demand" but prices always go up. Very expensive
