I just realized they've been charging me $11 a month for a modem I returned over 5 years ago! Still trying to work it out and unable to do it at the storefront!

Update - service has been down a total of 7 times. So disconcerting. I WFH and pay nearly 75 bucks for internet. With those prices you have the expectation of reliability. In one month there have been 3 outages. One of those was an upgrade but the other 2 times there was no explanation as to why the internet was down in my area. The first time it was down for several hours and I ended up using my PTO. Today same thing just went down. I spent 19 minutes waiting to talk to someone and again no reason for outage. I emailed CEOTom McAdaragh both times and never received a reply back. This costs me $$$$ when you are down and yet I am still billed for services that have been lackluster. Really?? Time to find a new, more reliable provider.

Extremely disappointed. Sent a text to Midco support took about 1 hour 30 mins to get a response. Called Support while I was waiting for a text response. Spent 30+mins on hold, and another 20mins on the phone over an “accounting error” checked my card statement showed I was billed twice. What a joke.

Stopped my services early and was told over the phone my bills would be $43.56 and I drop my modem off only to find they’re charging me $61. Thankful to be done with Midco. For 1 gig with our new internet it’s $65/mo and it’s never going to go up. Way less issues as well.

1. When internet is good, it's great; which is about 1/2 - 2/3rds the time.2. Their techs and call center are awesome! Friendly, reliable and usually prompt.3. Who schedules "routine maintenance" to be set in the middle of a work day during the middle of a work week during a pandemic when people who work from home (a lot of people) need it most? And then, when I call in because we never received notice, they tell me they don't have any idea when it will be finished. Oof. No internet all day, which means almost an entire day of work is just gone.4. Rates are really high. Also, who raises prices after the first year?? Where's the reward for loyalty?

Continuously interrupted service. Haven't received a full day of connection in the year we had service. Internet goes out for hours and tech support blames our route, so we buy the router they recommend, and still no connection. Terrible customer service, unresponsive and unprofessional.

I have a bill that needs paid and have called multiple times, sat on hold for two hours each time and it never goes through. I never had any problems during usage of the plan, but really disappointed in customer service side.

Definitely the best internet in town rarely have problems and when I do have a problem customer service is quick to fix it!

Note: For internet services onlyTho not the cheapest internet around, but I usually get faster internet than I am supposed to. I have the 100 mb download and usually am able to get around 107. I have never had any problems with my internet beyond once in a blue moon reboot to the modem I rent from them.

Internet cuts out every few hours, we have bought there internet at its highest level, couldn’t even cover the whole house they had to put a box in that room, still couldn’t reach, internet cut out during a test for highschool that was very important, thanks to that I almost failed. Very unprofessional and very bad I do not recommend and its very slow
