I called regarding an overdraft fee associated by another bank with proof. The representative and bank manager both were very rude and belittled me like this situation happens all the time but doesn't. I joined back 2017 and haven't had a problem till now. No one had zero empathy as I'm crying on the phone because no one cared to see my proof and the manager tells me he's going to close my account because that's what's best. Damon claims I was yelling and swearing to his co workers and could hear me from 20' away! Wow, superman. My boyfriend called the next day to check on the balance, immediately Damon stated he closed my account because I was doing everything stated. If my video and/or audio file wasn't so big, I would upload it on here so anyone else to hear how awful this bank treated me. Also they were very rude to Adam at Bluestone FCU on a three way call and that bank has their calls recorded. This bank needs their calls recorded and a new bank manager that knows how to deal with someone that has a disability. He violated my rights through the ADA protection act. Been with this institution back when it was Metabank till mid 2020 and converted to Central Bank. RUDE RUDE RUDE!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE GARBAGE.

I have been a customer for about 10 years. I have personal and business accounts with the bank. They are personable and have a small bank feel but are able to provide the needed things of any major financial institution.

This bank and its app is a joke it never works when I want to use it. I’ve had to have my account reset 4 times this week. The banks on more than one occasion has pulled large amounts of money out of the wrong account (not even my account) and wouldn’t finance me for the shoes I’m wearing if I tried. I will be switching banks the first time I have a free minute!

On to Denise Allen netspend card Theft again.Never do business .Call Center is in the Philippines they have all ur personel information if you call. Metra Bank they transfer your call back to call center n Philippines . Report police. Email only to Austin Texas. Netspends headquaters they do not take any phone calls. Go back to PHILIPPINES call center.
