Daschle helped my husband and I every step of the way when we bought our first home and needed coverage! He even stopped by the new house to say hello. Top notch customer service, always responded to questions or concerns quickly, and so easy to talk to!

A shout out to Tina at McKinney Olson! I had inadvertently put in an incorrect account number while making my auto insurance payment…not once, but twice! At any rate, Nationwide cancelled my policy because you can’t provide a wrong account number 2 times in any 12 month period! Tina was… She just called me back! She got things straightened out with Nationwide…AND discovered the same error was going to screw up my Home Owners policy! The NATIONWIDE payment site makes you “jump through hoops” to PAY THEM! Thanks to Tina at McKinney Olson I have auto coverage (and my home will be also).
Now I need to decide if I want to dump Nationwide for a different insurer. With my wife and son out of state for a reunion gathering, I was sick, shocked, dismayed, distraught to think they had no coverage (and all because Nationwide couldn’t pick up the phone to call me?) Anyway, this review is for McKinney Olson…their customer service is top notch!
