Steve Albertus is employed by MCR pools. Steve required me to pay $4750 to him upfront to order a new liner for my pool. Now 2 years later I find out he lied to me and never even ordered the liner. Also he is refusing to give me my money back and I am going to have to sue him. Don’t trust Steve Albertus to do any work for you! He is bad news. Steer clear of him. He will lie cheat and steal from you and not bat an eye.

Went to the service/parts counter at the store front. Brought in a broken PVC union nut was looking for a split nut to replace it. Was sold a used part for new price and then when I got home found out the used part was stripped out... the small transverse screws on the side of the nut that hold it together were in-operable. Lesson learned.

Have been trying to have them service our pool for over a year. After a year of asking they finally said NO. When asked why, they said they didn't build the pool. I guess we are not worth of there services.They could have said no right away!

Installed my pool, customer service not good at all. needed a new cover years later, would think since they put it in they would be better priced than another company who did not install it. Nope and rude guy on phone. Not good.

BEWARE! Called company to open our residential pool in April. Never heard back so we had another company open it. They show up two weeks later, no call, no knocking, and dump chemicals in our pool that was already open. Ruin our levels so we have to dump more chemicals in and ruin our whole weekend of using the pool. We wouldn’t have known they were here if it wasn’t with out cameras. Instead of calling and asking why things were done they walked in our garage and dump chemicals in our pool. Called them to resolve the issue, and they still sounded like they were going to charge us saying they opened a line. We have them on camera .... not opening anything! Horrible service after a horrible mistake in their end. Sketchy !!!!!

the reason why people haven't heard back is because MC & R pools & spas is so busy and have a lot of poolsto work on and wait for an avaible machine. my pool was sucessful and i love it
