The store associates went far and above to help my partner and me when we moved to Sioux Falls. Upon arrival, we learned that our moving truck would be delayed by a week, and we had nowhere to sleep in our new home. On a telephone call, Sarah of 41st St. found us a comfy pillowtop mattress and the warehouse manager agreed to deliver the mattress on his way home from work. What service! We slept blissfully on our first night.

Very friendly and listened to everything I wanted. Had my mattress delivered and setup the next day. They worked very quickly and were also very friendly.

We came in to decide between 3 beds we saw online. Jim not only showed us the mattresses but gave us real insight to why or why not they would work for us based on our sleep preferences! We ended up not going with any of those and decided on a bed that Sarah tracked down for us in the warehouse after we tried it out in store! I cannot recommend Jim and Sarah enough. They did not pressure us into buying a mattress but instead let us have time to try out what was best for us and worked with our budget!

We had a marvelous experience shopping for a mattress thanks to Alex. He went above and beyond to help us find the right mattress and pillows, he helped us with coordinating the pick up on his day off. We are very satisfied with the quality of the Bedtech mattress and the exceptional customer service.

Bought a mattress set here the day I arrived in Sioux Falls, Oct 2022. Referred a friend shortly thereafter who bought two sets. Today I bought my second set and as always it was a great experience. I have used Salesman Jim (white hair) every time and he is the best!!! Professional, courteous, knowledgeable. A+++
