A really fine store. I started out talking with someone there on the phone, then went to the store to talk more. I got excellent advice about how to configure my new iMac. The configuration I chose was backordered, so I had to wait a bit. When the computer came in, I took in my old Intel iMac, and they transfered everything into my new iMac. The next day they delivered the new computer and spent about an hour with me in my home getting it set up perfectly. The people I worked with were pleasant, helpful, very knowledgeable, and the computer is now working just the way I want. Highly recommended.

They did a great job on my sister’s phone. The regular Verizon store couldn’t do anything with it. Great service too!

Expensive computers, but very professional staff. I had a one hour session with Gerrit and learned a lot. I couldn’t get used to a Mac after two years of trying. My work computer is a Dell and my brain was used to Word and Excel. When I decided to sell my Mac, they gave me a fair price. I highly recommend them!

Terrible bedside manner. Truly false advertising as the customer service rep was unfriendly, unhelpful and rude and one of the owners actually said his documentation was "in his brain". My computer is not fixed and after numerous times of giving them a second chance we will no longer utilize their services. Not to mention they are insanely expensive.

I broke my 13pm front screen. I called them before checking in to confirm if they have my phone’s screen, they had, i went, and got my job done. The mexican restaurant aside also has some good food.Thankyou adam.

Horrible. They have no parts or capital to purchase parts. Thus they hold onto your device while the parts come in. Against apples policy. I have reported them to Apple. Do not use these guys!

They're supposed to fix Apple Care customers devices but they don't hold any parts in the back so you must leave your device overnight or up to three days before they get a part. This is to prevent them from doing AppleCare repairs as they do not make as much money off of them. Scam if you ask me! Should not be a part of the Apple program!

MacDoctors is the only place I consistently recommend to people for Apple products and service. They have always met the needs of my marketing/tech agency when I'm purchasing new machines, repairing hardware issues, or selling my used machines. Don't be lured to big box stores by gimmicks. Instead, work with the knowledgeable and professional staff at MacDoctors.

These folks are not only knowledgeable, they are so customer oriented it is refreshing. It is awesome to know there are still businesses like this one. They do it right!
