Very convenient! Staff is super polite and courteous!! Now with fareway, Kwik Star and now even McDonald's, Lewis is a critical part of making this area kind of it's own thing vs greater Sioux falls, I'd that makes any sense. Long story short, it's the bomb dot com LoL ?

Called for a refill Tuesday, I made sure they’d call me when it was refilled, they reassured me they’d call me but that I was also set up for text messages once ready. Today is Thursday and I still have not received a call or text about my medication. It’s been 2 days since I’ve taken it & my body is having withdrawals.

If you're going to offer mail services you need to actually train your staff on how to send mail. I took the time to come here and spent the money to ship a package only to have them send the package to the return address instead of the mailing address. Now I'm probably going to have to pay to ship it again, but I definitely won't use this location.

Wonderful green house with many beautiful plants, flowers and vegetables to grow. They also have weekly sales. The employees are really friendly and helpful.

On April 27, 2024, I was at Lewis Drug on 41st and Marion trying to locate an Own Your Outdoors Friend and Foe chart. The OYO segment was aired on Friday, April 26 KSFY. Tyler stated the chart was not in the store but went out of his way to assist and make it happen. A day or two later, I received an email with the chart form attached from Doug S. Because of Tyler's dedication, superb, and friendly customer service is why I continue to shop at Lewis Drug. Kudos to Tyler!

Friendly staff, always good sales. There's a US Post office here but for some reason they don't supply tape anymore. However, mailing supplies are right there to purchase.

This would be a higher rating except for online prescription refills is useless. It’s an absolute hassle. Sadly, it’s the reason I’m switching. I can’t have stone aged technology wasting my time.
