Horrible customer service and false advertising. I have spent so much money here and when I had an issue I was treated poorly by customer service and they did not resolve my issue.

I love this store so much, I am always buying clothes online from them. But today I was in the area and stopped in at 4:00pm. The staff was not friendly at all, and was rude when you asked questions. I don’t expect this from this company. I wish I just went to the Tea location instead of dealing with the two girls who clearly thought they had somewhere else better to be than at their job.

As a wheelchair user, I can say, I have never felt more excluded in my life! I could not go past the first 4 feet into the store. There was no way of my wheelchair getting through. We were standing and trying one way or another for about 5 minutes. In that time, not one staff member checked on us. I left in tears. I love shopping downtown, but this was not it. Typically, I am not used to complaining, but I believe this is worth noting.
