So far, from this current experience, I was really impressed with the amount of care and respect I was given. Larry was, and has seemed to me, to be the most honest mechanic I've come across in this town. We have taken our cars to multiple places here in Sioux Falls, and this has hands down been the best place we have gone to, thus far. We will be bringing our work to these mom and pop shop owners from now on. Prices were fair, and the communication level I received was excellent, not to mention the understanding that I received, as I was at work, and we had to play phone tag to resolve car troubles. They're a small shop, a husband and wife, but they are worth the try. Would recommend, so far it's a 5/5 for me.

I called to ask if they could repair my strut. They went to say they don’t fix Mercedes. I asked if a strut really matters to the brand which is when she switched her story to I could but I’m booked out, but couldn’t tell me till when. Then finally the story ended on they don’t have the proper tools. I don’t actually know the real reason, but I don’t like being told anything necessary to get off the phone. Just be real, and friendly, and maybe I would have come back to you with my other vehicles!

It's a pretty customer friendly place. My mom had some issues and time was pressed for her so they made it possible for her to stop in after business hours just because they happend to be on site. They didn't say come back later and they solved her problems at a very fair and below average cost! Thanks L J's!

My son is going to school in Sioux Falls, and has had electrical issues 4 other shops from Colorado to South Dakota that couldn't figure it out. Larry and his team took it to task, and solved it. This is the only shop we will use. They are knowledgeable, honest and fair. Don't need to look any further!
