Bed pieces didn't fit together correctly. Absolutely no help was given when I called the store. I was chastised for not calling sooner, and that was it. I ended up taking parts off my old bed to make the new bed work. I way overpaid for what I received and the store refused to help correct the issue. What do I do with a new bed when the parts don't fit together correctly. I will never return to this store.

Excellent service. Can't recommend enough!!! We bought a Maxtrix bunk set several years ago which we have been very happy with. We have had them separated for years and recently decided to rebunk them. We had lost the parts/hardware needed to put them back together and Traci and her team graciously helped us find a solution without hesitation. Give them a try - you wont regret it!

Traci provides amazing customer service. After getting home to put together my daughter’s new bed we found some gouges in the side rails. After contacting Traci she came to our home an hour later to personally exchange the pieces. Top notch service which was very appreciated! Highly recommend!

If I could I would give this store a 0. Run from this store never buy anything from them. If there is a problem they do not offer any solutions. Do your research there are many people complaining about this store.We bought a bed from them 18 months ago, one of the end rail came in completely scratched and some of the slats were warped they refused to do anything about it, because they said it had been discontinued which they never told us before we bought it. We finally called the company and they sent us a new rail and slat. About 2 weeks ago the bed collapsed with my son sitting on it. We went back to the store they wanted to sell us a new side rail for $112 with out the hardware to install it. We again called the manufacturer who sent use a new rail with the hardware for Free. They also said they were well aware that this store did not stand behind their products.
