I purchased all new appliances for our newly constructed home four years ago. I had a malfunctioning refrigerator and microwave. Karl’s repairmen tried multiple times to repair these appliances. The problems were never resolved. I finally found a repairman who fixed the refrigerator in one afternoon. He said the microwave door needed replacing. I called Karl’s a week ago and have not heard back from them. Unfortunately, it has been a frustrating experience working with Karl’s.

Laurie helped me with purchasing my first fridge from Karl’s and she was great! Very honest and gave great advice on what to look for as well as pros/cons on all the different brands. She was very knowledgeable. The only negative comment i have to say is the company wasn’t able to price match. I saw the same fridge at another location that was $100 cheaper and free delivery if you spent x amount of dollars but Karl’s wasn’t able to work with that.

We do like the appliances, but are still waiting after two years to see any progress on getting the right griddle.This is one of the reasons we bought the stove. The first one was not the right size. We have spoken to numerous people with promises they would look into it, but yet have not received a response back from any of them. Really disappointed about this, so I have finally given up on Karl's. I would think after spending over $11,000, you would receive better customer sevice.

We had to replace our washing machine due to it not balancing. We had the service tech come out and found we needed a new one.
We had to new washing machine delivered. Andy came and took the old one and brought the new one in. We have bought many appliances with Karl's and have been pleased with them.
